Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesDepending on what room you get, you can have people walking in front of your window. It wasn't the case for us as we were on a corner room at the end of the building.
The location is excellent, the staff was helpful. We booked the one bedroom suite and it was right size, comfortable, quiet. We had as well breakfast box included in this was very nice as well. We enjoyed our stay.

United KingdomThe room was on the back of the property and the ground floor - this meant people walked directly past the window and bed. Closing the drapes meant we couldn’t enjoy the little view of the rocks that we had.
The room was updated and very clean. The breakfast was functional. The location was great - restaurants close by and very easy to get into Zion early so we could park.

This hotel was the nicest hotel as far as our overall experience that we’ve ever stayed in. The views of the colourful mountains, the stars, pool, buffet, newly renovated rooms, breakfast buffet, location to the park entrance, warm inviting staff. United KingdomThe property is undergoing renovation so during our stay the breakfast area was tiny and the buffet breakfast offered was quite limited. Hopefully this will improve for other guests once the new lobby is up and running.
Great location with very nice rooms. Close to park and in the centre of Springfield so all shops and restaurants are easily accessible from the hotel. Pool is great in the summer months as it gives a nice break from the heat and walking.
