Lighting in the room was rather limited. .

Nicely embedded hotel in the area, access for first floor with a ramp. Nice room, good beds, with a small balcony towards the mountains. Breakfast was good, place was under refurbishment as it changed ownership and lobby was also breakfast room temporarily, but well resolved.

Breakfast and cleaning service left wand pointing towards sink and not switched back to shower head so water went everywhere including mirror when shoe was turned on (I know they use wand to clean)

They had a mess-up room management system. I checked in late at night and the room I was assigned was already taken by someone else... And I didn't get the room type I wanted.

The property has a nice mountain view and it offers complimentary breakfast. It is within walking distance to the entrance of Zion.

I preferred the renovated rooms... but that's all being taken care of in time

Once we arrived by car, we were able to shuttle into the park. The hotel's location was perfect to walk to restaurants/ grocery store. I loved being able to sit by the pool after a day of hiking. The breakfast was great.. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast room in temporary facilities is functional but not enjoyable. They are working on the main lodge lobby and if it as good as the updates to the rooms, it will be fantastic.

Beautiful property. Rooms were extremely nice with comfortable beds. Recently renovated. Great location, could walk to everything and right on the shuttle bus line to the park. Very close to the Zion park entrance.

They were doing construction right outside our bedroom while my kids and I brought things in from the car. There was sparking fire sparks spraying up from the one guys machine.

The location was stunningly set in the mountains of Zion, just steps away from the Main Street shopping and shuttle bus.

Had to pay for parking (didn't anticipate this $12/day), Cleaning staff took our dirty 4 towels every day & only left us 3...we had to go to lobby every day to get additional towels.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and appeared to be recently updated. The pool area was nice and the location was perfect in that you could walk to restaurants, shops, and the bus line for the Zion Park.

What was there was fine, but the selection at breakfast was basic at best. The only hot option was frittatas, there was no bacon, sausage or potatoes, and no bread and no toaster so no toast. There was also insufficient seating, I understand they are renovating but there was room for more seating, but people ended up queueing for a seat at breakfast or taking it back to their rooms. Also, the pool was freezing, not just slightly cold. It was 95 in but the kids couldn't stay in the pool for more than 5 minutes as they were turning blue and shivering.

Great location, lovely room, friendly staff, great views. It's worth noting that they are undergoing a major renovation, but that caused no issues, they were done for the day at a sensible time, and it was never intrusive.

The Zion park bus picks up near hotel. Very easy to get to and from the park without the hassle of parking. Nice breakfast included as well.

Presently there is a lot of ongoing construction which disrupted traffic flow on the property. Because of this it could be quite noisy in the mornings and there were some minor issues with renovation which had recently been done in my room.

Fantastic accommodations and excellent location near Zion National Park. Great breakfast and remarkable staff.
