The bathtub was dirty, and makes me question if the room was ever cleaned to begin with. We stayed at this location to go to Hollow Scream Busch Gardens- we didn’t get back until super late and ended up not going to bed until past 3am… a staff member banged on the door at 9:30am, and when the door was answered the first time in a timely manner she banged again, then proceeded to ask “are you leaving today?” Check out was not until 11am. Why could she not of looked at the booking to see how long we were staying? Why was this such a pressing matter in the morning? Front desk staff were very pleasant.

Elevator was out bending machines were out on my floor, I am disabled, was not able to walk down to back elevator, to walk to the vending machines on other floor and then back, room was musty, and mildewy, room keys kept resetting, had to keep going to front desk to get new keys, (at least 10 times in 6 days!& again I am disabled and have a hard time walking, so that was very inconvenient

The TV remote was a problem, everytime we used the guide to select a channel it would give us a different channel than the one selected. The bathtub faucet leaked

Proximity to USF, clean however considering the location I would hope it would be better kept up. Pillows bedding low quality.

Room booked hall a smell like insects, full new roll of toilet tissue had a smear on it, towels had hair, stains on carpet. Water leaked down from bathroom vent in new room. Front desk was very nice to provide another room.

We stayed in room 110 with twin beds. Bedding and bathroom were fine. I have a slight allergy to dust and mold. Soon after being in the room with the air on I could feel my sinus cavity starting to shrink. Probably the filter needed cleaning. After three nights we moved over to another hotel. I did not experience my sinus passages shrinking the three nights we were there. AC was running most of the time at the second property.

The building is old and in need of updating. The carpet was stained and soiled. Very outdated.

Friendly staff! Only stayed because we were exhausted having been at Moffitt Cancer Center with a family member for 12 hours.

The lobby and hallways are really in need of a remodel, dirty looking enough that I thought of leaving. Bleach stains on the carpets and dirty walls, elevator was in bad shape.

The property is in need of a refresh. The hallway carpet is pretty stained up but the room was nicer.

The staff was very friendly and let us use the pool with the grandkids after check out as we had a midafternoon flight home. That saved us a huge hassle of finding something to do between checkout and trip to airport.

This is an older property. In our room, the mattresses were sunken in, the paint on the walls was either stained or chipped (in some spots), the AC unit was incredibly loud, and one side of the room has electrical issues.

I like the location of this property. It was very close to two major highways, Busch Gardens, and the USF Tampa Campus. I liked the staff because they were very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the free breakfast. There were many food options, and it helps to save some money in comparison to going out to buy breakfast every day.
