Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe stayed in room 110 with twin beds. Bedding and bathroom were fine. I have a slight allergy to dust and mold. Soon after being in the room with the air on I could feel my sinus cavity starting to shrink. Probably the filter needed cleaning. After three nights we moved over to another hotel. I did not experience my sinus passages shrinking the three nights we were there. AC was running most of the time at the second property.

United StatesThe property is in need of a refresh. The hallway carpet is pretty stained up but the room was nicer.
The staff was very friendly and let us use the pool with the grandkids after check out as we had a midafternoon flight home. That saved us a huge hassle of finding something to do between checkout and trip to airport.

United StatesThis is an older property. In our room, the mattresses were sunken in, the paint on the walls was either stained or chipped (in some spots), the AC unit was incredibly loud, and one side of the room has electrical issues.
I like the location of this property. It was very close to two major highways, Busch Gardens, and the USF Tampa Campus. I liked the staff because they were very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the free breakfast. There were many food options, and it helps to save some money in comparison to going out to buy breakfast every day.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He even called us an hour after checking in to confirm our room was satisfactory. The room smelled of disinfectant and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable which is important. We will return to this hotel in a couple of weeks.

United StatesThe hotel looks maintained from outside, but once you start walking to your room, you really start seeing its age. The carpet is stained everywhere, and the room was showing its age. Older furniture, including a microwave with two outlets, I’ve never seen that. The bed was very hard, my husband and I had back pain the rest of the next day. Breakfast was not good, I would call it breakfast, it was more of a gimmick to get you in through their door and satisfy the “breakfast included” label.
The location was great, about a mile from Busch Gardens and there is many locations to grab food near by. It’s not the best neighborhood, but it was fine.

Hotel is reasonably priced. Room was attractive and clean. Bed was very comfortable and linens were nice. Location is excellent for activities at USF Tampa.
