Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWorkers can barely speak English. And don't know, or care, about customer service. We were 2 minutes late for breakfast and the guy working it didn't respond to us. (Language!?) He proceeded to pour the last bit of waffle batter into the waffle iron and when it was cooked started eating it himself! We told them at the desk about the terrible stench from the garbage around the second-floor elevator and the service desk guy hollered at me saying he took it away. I then went to the second floor, where our room was, and it was still there. To achieve that level of putrefied stink meant the garbage must have been sitting long enough to ferment! Nasty!! Trash was strewn in the hallway. It was still there the next day when we were leaving. It's hard to trust the cleanliness of your room when this is happening. The bathtub seemed to have been caulked by a child. Poor job. Easy to redo and fix right it they cared, but it's a foreign owned hotel, family run and only profit is important. We've stayed there before, but I think it will be our last time,
The only thing going for it is the location and the price. Service, cleanliness and breakfast are all negatives.

United StatesThe beds were sunken. They weren't horrible but you definitely got stuck in the center. The A/C sounded like a plane was landing. Worse was the breakfast, came down at 9. No eggs or butter. Basically you got a waffles or cereal. It was a mess too. I asked for butter and told there was cream cheese, but no bagels. Again, for the price, you get what you paid for. And we just slept after going to Hard Rock.
The hotel served its purpose of a place to sleep while we went gambling close by. Small, old hotel.

The hotel needs to be shut down by the Health Department and the employees should not be working there, send them to clean drains and streets. One of the employees was brushing his hair in the breakfast area and that was disgusting.

United StatesI did not like a 100 dollar deposit being added to my bill. I asked if I could pay it in cash and was told no the next morning I found that wasn't true. At checkout I was told 2 days before it was posted back to my account and now being told a week and that is a bank problem I am having. I took a greyhound when I checked out and all my luggage was lost. That 100 dollars is much needed right now.

United StatesHallway way dirty. Elevator was very dirty. The breakfast! Place was dirty, out of stuff, said truck didn’t run!! Tables dirty, counters had spilled syrup, waffle mix . Young people were at the front desk working. I went there and told them they were out of waffle mix. There was a little in the container, she took it to the back and put water in it, unbelievable. Didn’t even try to clean up the mess, I offered to clean.
