The staff was not friendly, not overly accommodating. They also have a 200 a night deposit when they don't have a place to eat or a mini bar, so I thought it excessive. The staff does not make you Feel welcome, not rude, just indifferent.

The location was the best part and the beds were comfortable. Having a fridge really helped as well.

The lobby doesn’t look so pleasant. The parking is very small. Need more comfortable pillows. So parts on the bottom of the wall in the bathroom are rotten. The part where the lid of the toilet bowl holds was rotten. The hot water would not come out hot unless I kept turning the knob more and more. Need a little more upgrade the hotel.

Our room was really hot, we turned the AC on and we was hot all night. We didn’t get much sleep. We told the front desk and she said she will call someone and no one showed up or call me for an update.

Some items, such as water bottles and earplugs were not included. Coffee didn’t taste good. Mini mart items were very expensive. We could hear noises from other rooms, such as running pipes and a baby’s cry.

Very clean! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Toiletries were of good quality. TV worked well and had many channels. AC worked well too.

Really nothing I truly didn't like .. The rooms felt a little out dated but were still spacious and comfortable. We did stay on the 3rd floor and the hallway was super hot, but again really didn't matter because our room air worked fine and it was also a 90° plus weekend in Oceanside ..

The hotel is located on the main road but is very well insolated.

There wasn’t a breakfast offered but I found the welcome, cleaning staff and spacious room with fully equipped kitchenette to be excellent in relation to its rate. The maintenance staff was very helpful too and the hotel is very clean and with security. I highly recommend it for an extended stay and so near the beach.

Lots of homeless and drug use everywhere out west so front door you needed a key to get in which sucked when you run outside to grab something forget your key and have to wait 10 mins to get back in.

The beds were most comfortable we've had on our road trip. The location is prime.

The property was small and homey, and didn’t contain too much foot traffic.

However, this is the second stay where our room (different from last time) has had a distinct "wet carpet" smell that we could never get rid of whether we kept windows open, etc. This made it bothersome each time we entered our room. While there are airpots with hot water and coffee, each time we to get coffee they were empty, cold or so strong it was undrinkable. Even the hot water was empty. Also, while their message clearly states they take $200 cash or major credit card for the deposit, this time, they did NOT allow for major credit card, only cash. This has to be quite a problem for some people. While the front desk is efficient in their jobs, they rarely even acknowledge or look at you unless you go up to them.

The location is great. The facility is simple, with no frills but clean, well maintained and it's quiet. It is easy to have a pet here and there's plenty of spots for them to "go potty" and trashcans and bags to clean up.

Seems to be undergoing some renovation. The room was very clean, but the fridge needed to be updated - wasn’t as cold as it should be and was rusted on the bottom left corner. For $200 a night, it would mean a lot to the customer if they felt like the facility had their best interests in mind.
