Small pillows, had problems with drainage,had to relocate to a different room

Requested upstairs and got downstairs by the exterior stairs, which was very loud. People either stomped every time they went upstairs, or the room needs some sound proofing. I think that it was the last room available. The renovations need to be done asap. This hotel is ancient. The room was clean and everything was fresh. The corners did have dirt in every corner in the bathroom. Spiders in the bathroom as well. The bedroom was okay and clean but remote was sticky.

Check in speed was fast and keys were ready. The late check in desk person was okay but seemed in a hurry to get me taken care of and done with. There was no one else in the lobby so I don't know why she was in a hurry. She was not friendly and did not speak unless it was required.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The tub was stained and outlets hard to find.

It was only 5 min from the Campus. So that was awsome.

they didn’t clean our room for our entire stay, lots of fights outside our room, nothing was done, the TV remote control did not worked, not enough parking space

you could tell it was an old hotel a little underwhelming, bed sheets had stains on them which was a little off but everything seemed and smelled clean, for the price it was ok but definitely underwhelming

definitely needs an update and the rooms look clean until u look n the window sill or behind the furniture. I plugged my cell phone n beside the bed and about died when I saw all the dust n gunk

The microwave didn’t work, the toilet seat was broken, the bath tub floor was stained & felt rough and scraped.

Location was about the only good thing. Close to stores and restaurants.

There is a water stain across the ceiling. When the baseboards were replaced they used a smaller size and sheetrock was not repaired. Looks like crap. Bathtub needs to be chalked. Toilet seat is about to fall off.

Building very dilapidated. Room clean but old furnishings. Lamp shades tattered etc. Light bulbs were out in bathroom, we had to personally replace it as there was no maintenance staff available. Really shoddy complex overall. Overpriced.

When I first went into the room, there was an opened nottlebof water sitting beside the bed on the floor. I went and purchased lysol and disinfectant spray. It grossed me out.

The breakfast was lame. Only granola bars and muffins.

Cleanliness and shape of the hotel outside of lobby area is in bad shape. It is summer time and the pool was murky and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned...in a long time. Grounds were unkempt. Room was not in great shape, entry and bathroom doors were jammed and required a lot of force to open and close. Tub was dirty or stained. We weren’t expecting a whole lot, but we’re disappointed by the lack of attention to maintenance.

No breakfast (except for breakfast sack) waffle machines were not set up for use. Breakfast items were subpar. Swimming pool water was green. Wouldn’t put my duck into the pool.

Staff were pleasant and friendly. Property was convenient for my situation.

Checked in early because knew we would be coming back to the room late.Came in late went to bed .It wasn't until morning notice the room had mold on ceiling,cutains and even on lighting fixture.Tub also had meldew .Also noticed that smoke detector was missing.Dirty pool.I hope not all rooms are like this.They should not even rent this room to anyone else until matter taken care of.

Location, breakfast in a bag was given .still practicing social distance considering businesses are still recovering from the pandemic was a good idea.
