We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandEven though we chose the location to suit our requirements, it was not a safe area and I would not recommend it for tourists. There was lots of concerning street activity after dark and homeless persons wandering around. The exterior of the hotel was dirty and both the interior and exterior could do with a total refresh.
Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable as is always the case with La Quinta. Free onsite parking is very helpful. Even though it was only a 2 storey building there was elevator access to the second floor. The included breakfast is also much appreciated and convenient.

And our room had Simone dirty underwear hiding behind the restroom door and trash was not thrown in the room also found empty cereal boxes whine the dresser

United States of AmericaThe first thing that went wrong was the toilet backed up on the first use. Then the TV remote didn't work. There was mold around the tub and no stopper for the sink.
The room was comfortable enough. I know they are in process of remodeling but maybe they should close till they get a little further along with the process, finish a few rooms and then be open for business.

United States of AmericaThe room did not seem clean though, I had to wipe it down myself. There was stains on the chair and the back on the bed on the floor was dirty. For one night it was ok. But again, I did have to clean before I settled down..
The check-in guy was super nice and welcoming. It was close to the arena that we were attending in event to and right next to the freeway which was convieniant for traveling.

United States of AmericaA sign said all the property was nonsmoking; there were cigarette butts all over the area. It seemed no one picked up after their pets, dog droppings were all over the area. Property was very worn; needing maintenance (the elevator, sink did not drain well -- had to pull the stopper out of the sink to get to drain. I was very concerned about the people that seemed to be wondering the property late night.
