We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe shower in our room was a bit dirty it had hair on the walls. Asked the staff for extra blankets as the ones in the bed were a bit thin, and the kids tend to get cold. None were available and staff did not know when some would be available. TV in kids room was not showing all channels and employee sent to fix it could not fix it.
The staff was very friendly and even allowed us to check in an hour earlier. The room was very big and accommodated our family. The beds were comfy. Breakfast was good.

United StatesIce machines, laundry machines and vending machines were not functioning. Was kinda frustrating. Rooms were nice but not especially clean. Door to our room would not completely shut unless slammed.
Mine and my families stay here was very enjoyable and comfortable! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We will be back in the future, and hopefully it won’t be during a tropical storm next time. 😅

United StatesWe had an issue with the toilet stopping up. We called for maintenance and they didnt show up. We had to call again the next day and they finally fixed it. Housekeeping was great execpt they were a little stingy with toilet paper. We actually ran out right before we left. We would have called for more if we needed it, but we shouldnt have had to.
The breakfast was amazing with several choices and plenty of tables and chairs! We especially liked the made to order omelet station. The staff was very nice. Being right on the beach was perfect. Having a small bar with food attached to the pool area was nice. Getting daily texts about Happy Hour was great. Be sure to get the Miami Vice drink. It was so good. There is lots of room outside to sit and enjoy your company and listen to the waves.
