the only thing that was odd was that when we got to our room they had left an ozone machine running. I’ve never really heard of these things but I guess they’re used to clean out any smells from previous occupants (smokers was the main reason) we were very confused at first but we reported it to a maintenance man down the hall and he helped us right away. the machine wasn’t harmful to us it was just a minor inconvenience.

everything was very clean and super comfortable. check in was smooth as well as checking out. we had a pool view ‘King Deluxe’ room and it definitely met our expectations. great place to stay for any type of visit. everything is super close from gas stations to shopping centers! I loved how the mall was just across the bridge. it’s so easy to get anywhere from our stay!

Not much variety for breakfast. The waffle mix had a funny taste and sausage links looked unappealing.

My dad was very thoughtful and booked the hotel. Upon arrival I mentioned to the staff I didn't feel safe staying on the first floor - as I'm a female traveling alone. They put me in a room on the first floor anyway. I opened the room door and saw a big truck with its lights facing my window. I closed the door and went to the reception area to request a new room on a higher floor because I did not feel safe. They gave me a room on the second floor but gave me the wrong keys. I returned to the reception area, and the third time was a charm.

The bed and pillows were great. It's wonderful you have a pool with palm trees. It's a nice touch you serve breakfast.

The billing made zero sense, upon getting a room to stay in the rep said I would be charged $20 for a pre authorization charge and for the time I stayed I was charged $603 up front, which limited my expenses and plans because of costs, by the time I flew back to Ohio, the refund made planning even more difficult because the final bill was taken out of the account 3 days after when I was already billed $603. Overall, the billing and payment was made, just didn't help at all to meet with plans.

Breakfast starts too late for my taste. Vacationing in AZ means spending a lot of time outdoors and we need to get an early start to beat the heat. So 6 am would be better. I expect it would work better for business customers, too

Our microwave smelt like perfume for some reason. The refrigerator was not cold when we arrived because it was not closed all the way and needed a good push on it to seal it. Otherwise after that it was cold.

The breakfast was great. We really loved make your own pancakes and waffles. Having the yogart fridge all day was great too.

I booked thru booking and clicked pet, I was not notified thru booking there would be a pet fee, when we got to the hotel I had to pay $75 extra, no other hotel I booked had this issue. On this trip I stayed here 3 nights, and had 4 other hotels with no pet issues.

Our room smelled like urine and the mattress sagged in the middle which was uncomfortable.

Bed was not very comfortable. Very expensive snacks and drinks on premises. Door handle only worked if pulled up, that was just odd. Key only worked some times.

Very clean room and bathroom. Helpful staff got us an additional night when I made a mistake on how many nights we needed. Thanks for that help!

The breakfast available from this hotel was very unsatisfactory. The offerings were very limited and not appetizing. The fruit was questionable and small, the sausage was under cooked and sitting in hot water, the pancake machine was "iffy" at best. . . Very disappointing.
