We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe front desk person said she had called the shuttle bus for us but she never did , and we had to wait over an hour before a second request was made. Also asked for the shuttle to be ready in the morning for a pickup by the same girl, but in the morning they didn’t know about it.

United StatesCheck in was fine. Breakfast typical. Room decent size . Coming out of the elevator, hall reaked of a mildewy smell. Múltiple wires were hanging loosly from the wall mounted tv that Hung down to a DVD player on a very small table, leaving about 5 foot of exposed,messy wires exposed. Lighting was poor in the room.

New ZealandI asked for late checkout which the check in lady said was fine. The next day the desk guy started hassling me to check out earlier than agreed. Clearly their communication is poor. The breakfast was very average and hard to find something not laden with sugar. No fruit was available at all.
They were accommodating when i arrived very late after a delayed flight. The room was nice and very clean.

United StatesThe sofa bed in the Deluxe King Suite was practically unsleepable. It was like a sheet filled with springs! The shuttle pickup from the airport was unreliable, we waited over 45 minutes for our driver.

I kept calling the hotel before checking in, and there was no answer like 3 times I drove over to check in, and the girl at the desk was on her cellphone. While checking me in, she kept looking at her phone like she was missing something more important. The breakfast was the same every time kind of boring

Good hotel with very reasonable room rate at 24 hours' notice, close to IAH airport. Room and corridor were staring to look a little dated but were clean and comfortable, and did not smell musty. Breakfast buffet was fine.

I liked the room and the facilities. The hot tub could be better, the jets were not working and the location was very weird, you are trying to relax at the hot tub and there are people at the gym making a lot of noise.
