Everything needs a little bit of an update. All of the pool chairs are torn apart and there’s no towels at the pool. Also the cleaners left someone’s leftovers in our mini fridge so it worried me with how clean the room actually was.

Our room bathroom didn’t look clean. Had no soap, towels, rags, but the rest was clean.

All the rooms did not have the same things in them for instance one room had enough towels , clock and tv guide. Another room did not have these items. I could hear the guest upstairs walking around. The pool area needed a good painting and new sliding doors with screens that could open and close.

Hot tub was not fully working, mold on ceiling if shower which caused allergy issues overnight that made it difficult to sleep.

The rooms were gross. First room the air wasn't working so had to be moved. The first room needed new sheets because they weren't changed. The second room has some sort of sauce all over the wall behind the couch and sauce all over the wall in the bathroom. Looked like bbq sauce or pizza sauce. The pool wasn't working and the hot tub was full of bad kids the whole time with no parents around. When we were finally able to get in the front desk staff came about 10 minutes later and said it was closed so we had to get out. Breakfast was ok for the most part. We were never offered any refund for how nasty the rooms were or anything. So we decided to leave early.

The bed itself made my stay worth it. It was so comfortable to the point I wanna buy a mattress from them. The location is nice and everything you need or want is around there. So convenient.

The pool it was very nasty . Cloudy and well I wouldn't let me 13 yr old get in.

When we got to our room, the deadbolt was broken. As in, the metal was somehow cracked into a top and bottom piece held by different screws. The actual doorknob was very loose. The bathroom vent had no cover, was CAKED with dust, and unplugged. If it hadn't been unplugged, it likely would've caused a fire, even the wires and plug were caked with dust. Two outlets were messed up, one pulled slightly out of the wall, one pushed slightly in. We moved the couch when we got there and there was a potato chip, a playing card, and a full hostess snack cake underneath, along with a ton of other random little bits. And I'm not sure about anyone else, but I always strip the bed and fold and stack everything in the corner when I leave. There were stains across the entire bed. Most of them looked like blood.

The layout of the room (King suite) was nice, and the breakfast was good.

More shampoo and soap, although we didn't request any additional. A shower cap and makeup remover.

Breakfast was very good. Many options to choose from. Since the price of staying there was so reasonable, the breakfast was a real benefit. Our room was very clean; however since we didn't use any other facilities, we can't comment on those. (Ex: pool) The staff was very pleasant and helpful. There are many good restaurants nearby, so finding one was easy. Will stay there again if needed.
