We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Other La Quinta locations offer eggs and some sausage or bacon, but not available here. So breakfast was lacking as well as overall appearance/care

United StatesSink wasn’t clean and since I was able to wipe it out myself, it was probably missed. But this didn’t give me confidence that the rest of the room had been cleaned well. Booked a room with a king bed but was put in a room with 2 queens. Since I was the only person in the room I didn’t worry about trying to get it changed.
Convenient location. Even though it seemed older, it was well maintained. Staff was friendly.

The remodeling was good. Bathrooms came with dove body wash, dove shampoo and conditioner. The room was very nice and clean given that the hotel is being remodeled.

Location was great! The staff was attentive and the room was big and comfortable. I'm glad it was clean and it didn't smell like cigarettes. The kids enjoyed the breakfast.

United StatesI double checked before I booked the room, that the pool was up and running because my special needs son lives nearby and loves to swim. When I checked in, I found out the pool was under construction. Therefore my special needs son could not swim. He was very disappointed and hurt. He was Heartbroken and didn’t understand.
The front desk clerk TJ, tried to find a comparable hotel so that my special needs son could swim. TJ tried so hard to help but was unable to find a comparable/sister hotel room with an open pool. I thank the front desk employee TJ for his assistance.

I didn't particularly appreciate how it took several tries to get into our room because of the key card. Also, I didn't particularly enjoy having the door jammed and having to push it open forcefully.
I loved the breakfast options that were available to us! Hot coffee is always a plus! I also loved how the property allowed dogs to stay.

GermanyOnly issue was the door keys never worked for the side and rear entrances. Very annoying to have a key that doesn´t work. Even more annoying to report it to the front desk and they acted as if they had no idea despite often times having 4 or 5 people standing at the entrances trying keys just to get in. Fix it!
Everything was great. Staff very friendly. Room was a good size with all the amenities.
