Minor issue: toilet in room continued to run.

Location was excellent; the room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and temperature control was good. Everything I needed for a quick overnight stasy.

The room was very large - a suite - a great value for the price paid. The room came with ironing board & iron, 2 large screen TVs, separate kitchen/eating area, giant bathroom, and the coffee pouches provided in the room are a higher grade than what you would find in comparatively priced hotels. The location was also reasonably close to downtown Nashville by car.

The first night the guests in the adjoining room came back to their room @3:45 am and were extremely loud. They continued to party in their room, which included singing and loud conversation. (As in, I could hear every word) I think there was 2/3 rooms of guests together. I told the front desk the next morning and there was not another problem.

The breakfast was not as much of variety as it used to be. We have always enjoyed the breakfast at this location.

Shower was not in best of condition with spray and draining. Pillows were not comfortable (terrible).

The bed and pillows where very uncomfortable pillows hard and the mattress was lumpy on one side and the people across from me had a dog that back for 4 hours straight and off an on all night after that

The breakfast selection was lacking and the shower was not draining well and had a big stain or something by the drain so we didn't want to use it. Wasn't a huge deal to us as we were just driving home for the day but may be a deal breaker for others.

Customer service was great. Staff was very friendly and the GM even ran out to my car at check in to get my license plate number for me.

Lots of trash around the grounds near the benches and smoking areas, no hooks or bars for towels in shower/sink areas, not enough clothes hangers, would like an extra pillow and blanket provided in closet without having to request it, elevator made lots of noises and was a little rough/jerky, breakfast options were limited compared to other LaQuintas — only one kind of fruit, no yogurt, only plain bread/bagels

Location, staff, lobby & dining area decor/spaciousness, bright start vending options, comfy bed, large fridge and freezer in room, pet friendly, popcorn treat!!

There really needed to be more grab bars in the bathroom, especially with that deep tub. Also really needed a larger refrigerator. That dorm-sized one was too small for a week-long stay. Also the road noise really came in through the air conditioning vents in our room. Lastly, breakfast could have used more variety. Maybe not serve the same options every day.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the large room and the location was great for us. If you are going to the Grand Ole Opry or the General Jackson Showboat, it's pretty close. The room was very clean and had been recently renovated.

The parking was in front and in the back. We preferred to park in the front but it was always busy. The air conditioner it wasn't at the correct temperature.

The beds were uncomfortable. Didn’t get to sleep very well. The bathrooms were entirely too small. The breakfast was limited and not good at all.

I was visiting from Florida for my birthday.The staff at the front desk was friendly and made our check in very smooth. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily and made sure we had fresh rags and towels all four nights. The shower was great with great water temperature. I love dove soap and I like they provided dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.

I got there at midnight, left at 7am. The receptionist was nice the facility was clean, the bed was nice. Breakfast was in a hurry. Nothing more to say.

I was expecting the same room that i booked in June but it was completely different. Both were a king room with a sofa ( i liked 340 . The bedroom was closed off from the rest of the room. It also had a kitchen . Also 2 tvs) I had 240 this time and not nearly as nice. Bedroom was all open . Only one tv. No chairs no kitchen. Seemed like alot of wasted space.

The manager is amazing! The breakfast has alot of different choices to choose from. Location is easy access to everything! Pool was very nice. Beds were comfortable.

Had a yeppy ankle biter across the hall. That kept us awake. The toilets are too short. The poor workmanship in getting the room remodeled for LaQuinta. Like the sink plumbing wasn't covered. The paint job and drywall job was sloppy. You can tell this was another type of hotel, before it was a LaQuinta.

The staff was great and was very helpful. Took care of the yeppy ankle bitter problem across the hall so we could get some sleep.

As a suggestion please put guests with pets on their own floor or section!!! A guest with a dog was across the hall from us. I'm allergic to pet hair and that dog barked half the night.

The bathroom needs to be updated. The toilet needs maintenance. The tank leaks water and does not fill.

Bed and pillows are quality, very comfortable. Amenities were nice. The shower water pressure and temperature were great.
