Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesValue was just not there… this is a property that should be priced at about 100/nt NOT $400/nt. I understand it was graduation weekend and demand is high for rooms in the area, but a reasonable price would have been $200/nt doubling the normal rate NOT quadrupling! I booked the room almost a year in advance, and the property should be ashamed of price gauging their customers. I will NOT be staying here again!

There was mold in the bathroom shower area (walls and tub corners) the toilet seat was not properly secured (it moved around a great deal) and even the faucet was not secured. The dead bolt on the door didn't work. The carpet in the hallway was disgusting in terms of the stains. I can't believe I paid $250 a night to stay in a dive.
The location was fine and the beds were fine, but that was it.

United StatesThe hotel is not well maintained. The hallway carpet is covered in gross stains/bleach marks, the hallways have all kinds of marks on the walls. The entire hotel seemed to have an underlying odor of curry or another unpleasant odor The room seemed clean but outdated, overused and in need of new everything. Also, I arrived at about 4:30pm and there was no one at the desk for 20 minutes to help me check in.
