The room was outdated, had to fix the satellite cord ourselves for it to work, there was dried candle wax around the jacuzzi and the bed was very stiff and uncomfortable.

There was a working jacuzzi in the back end of room and the location was quite.

The rooms needed to be redone the baseboard in the bathroom was stained from the bathroom being flooded the desk in the room was broken refused to give us enough towels wasent no where to find the dumpster for us to take out our trash vending machine was broken cleaning lady was rude

This is an older facility, keeping that in mind. The room walls were very thin. I could hear the conversation between the people next door. The dead bolt did not work. The bathtub appeared to have patched holes. The door jam to the bathroom was rotted out. A dozen little other things that could be mentioned.

The location was excellent.

The fact that I had to clean and sanitize entire room before I sat down is a def negative in my book. The balcony door did not lock properly and in turn I had no sense of secut

The guy did try to get the pool open but I'll never really understand why you wouldn't have it ready by a Friday night in May. My friends momma fell and got bruised pretty good wasn't much care about it definitely not a safe design of the concrete and the rooms.

Broken tiles & mold in shower, hair dryer broken with 1 of the wires cut in half & it was plugged in, no switch plate on light switch. Ottoman cover was nearly ripped off. Was in room 222 Hot Springs Arkansas.

I don’t mind staying in a cheap hotel, but this was awful. Absolutely disgusting.the base boards in the bathroom looked horrible, they had been wet and looked horrible, there was no chain on the door for a lock, the deadbolt didn’t work, the remote had tape to hold the batteries in, the table was so wobbly if you would’ve sat the wrong thing it would’ve fell apart, the beds were the hardest bed I’ve ever seen in my life. The plug-in in between the beds must’ve been for decor. Because your phone charger wouldn’t go into it. I stayed in room 229. When I pulled up, there were already some people in the parking lot, parked in front of my room. The lady from the front desk started walking down there where I was at, and the people drove away, and she started harassing me about you can’t have those people here, you only have four people in your room, there can only be people out there swimming pool. I was trying to explain to her. I did not know those people, she didn’t believe me. Then she told me checkout time was at 10 when it clearly states in their office that check out is at 11.

The room was disgusting. Thank god I always carry my own cleaning supplies. I don’t think it’s been wiped down in months. We had to shower with our shoes on, and without shutting the shower curtain for fear of it touching us with its mysterious red stains. Shower curtains can be purchased for a dollar… The chair had fabric draped over it and then stapled. All the walls had something all over them, to the point we kept our dogs on their leashes so they wouldn’t lick anything. If we could have been refunded, I wouldn’t have even stayed there. Much better options in this town for nearly the same price. I wish I would have done my research.

There were shockingly no bugs.

The owner was down to earth and very polite and understanding.. The staff are friendly and very efficient in there everyday duties..The room are spacious and very well maintained..
