The total lack of internet connectivity in todays world is unheard of in a facility as large as yours! Lack of refrigeration, microwave and only two pillows was unacceptable at the price. The day staff lady was extremely impatient when we arrived early. We won’t return or recommend to others!!!

There was no WIFI. The rooms are very old and not kept up well. The staff was barely friendly.

Very tired rooms, no internet unless you sit in reception. The meal in the restaurant was $60 for a meal that had been taken from the freezer and cooked. The laundry was open but no soap powder available!!

I think the price is expensive for what it is, but I think you pay the location. We did not like the amount of stray dogs around the motel

We were only given two small pillows, had to ask for more to be able to make the bed passably comfortable. The pool was closed the entire time we were there with no explanation, that was the deciding feature of why we chose the hotel, so that was a shame.

Location in proximity to Monument Valley was good. Kayenta is about as close a you'll get without paying the exorbitant prices to stay in Monument Valley itself. The bathroom was a good size, as was the bed. And the staff were friendly.

No free breakfast options for the price, and the restaurant attached had issues with their grill, so we were unable to enjoy food there.

We were upgraded to a larger room with a view of the Mesa after checking in due to issues with our initial room. The room was large and comfortable with a great view.

The property is quite old and needs some renovations ASAP. The mold smell in the room was suffocating. However, the towels, the beds and the bathroom were clean. This place needs to have a microwave and a fridge in every room, given the fact that is one of the only places to stay in Kayenta that is closer to Monument Valley. Also, since there are not too many places to eat dinner, it would be nice to have at least a microwave and fridge for travelers coming to this place for a few nights, just like us.

Accessibility to the Monument Valley is great! Also it was very clean.

It’s full of flying cockroach. I left my room in the morning for the tour and once I got back there were 3 cockroach dead in the bathroom. The size was more or less 3cm. I have no idea how they entered. I asked the receptionist and he said maybe they entered from the ceiling…

The location is great as it is just 30 minutes from Monument Valley.

The front counter staff is very rude and doesn’t help at all beyond the hotel issues. We asked them how to visit Monument Valley and we still waiting for the answer. We paid for ‘views’ and our views were MacDonalds sign. The hotel is far from monument valley so no views possible. Following this topic, the hotel is 30’ to Monument Valley, in my opinion the price should to be cheaper than it is. I’d recommend to go to the one just in monument valley.

The room was good enough, clean and good looks. The hotel is next to lot of fast food restaurants.

Wi-Fi did not work. Lady at front desk keep telling me the payment didn’t go through and tried to have me pay again. Took her 20 min to realize it was already paid.

The room was hot and there were a LOT of bugs. There was a lot of confusion about the check-in even with a confirmation number. It shouldn't take 20 minutes with nobody in front of me and the reservation took that long to find. There was zero wifi. Definitely overpriced and underserved. Check-in was not a good experience. Staff had a slow response time. The room was very hot. It didn't cool down until 3:00 am with the AC full blast.

The hotel location was where we wanted to stay. Many restaurants in the immediate area.

WiFi was down, couldn’t make a reservation on the phone so couldn’t get reimbursed from work (front desk person hung up on me three times). TV cable was broken so no TV.

The issue I had when there were quickly dealt with by finding a work around.

The only negative was their was NO mention that the outdoor pools was not open. It was summer time a nice swim after a long day touring would’ve been awesome. The management said they were waiting on a part for the pool.
