You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryIt was terrible, my worst experience/nightmare! I will never come back and I recommend you to avoid this place! From the very first moment, you could literally feel that something was wrong, and the surroundings were not inspiring either. The entire accommodation, including the reception and the room, was permeated by a musty smell, the "plaster" from the ceiling was actively crumbling when we were in the room, we had to fear when the ceiling would fall on us. The window could not even be opened to get fresh air. the walls were thin, we could clearly hear every step, door closing, people’s conversation in the parking lot. Bizarre, fear-inducing, terrible experience. I absolutely do not recommend it, avoid it if you can.

The hotel is "older" but it definitely had been upgraded - bathroom countertops, mirrors...TV. The room was very clean and the beds were confortable. The site did not let us know that there was an onsite restaurant. That would be nice to know in advance.
