Finding parking spot in the back was so hard. The other parking was too far from our room. Breakfast options were too limited. Spa was too expensive and during the outdoor massage the construction was going on .. at least we should have gotten some discount because of the noise that caused since it wasn’t too relaxing.

I liked the facility and the resort. Location was close to airport and we could find stores close by for shopping. I didn’t like that I couldn’t see the sunset from our hotel but I guess that was my fault for not checking before hand. I also didn’t like that we paid extra for ocean view room and when I got to the room I had a partial view to the ocean, that was a false advertising in my opinion. The room was clean but we kept running out of shower supplies.. so I would suggest to provide more supplies because people keep showering daily or maybe twice per day depending on activities of the day. Especially the rooms with kids.

Ongoing construction. 10 minute walk from our room through the hotel to the main parking lot. A couple of days into our stay, we found a small, often available parking lot near the room.

Room size, location and view was great. Though the hotel was full, it didn't feel crowded. The construction of the pool side restaurant was unfortunate, it wasn't that intrusive. I would stay there again.

Didn't like the construction going on. Wasn't aware there was construction until I got there. It shut down a restaurant, part of the pool, and a couple hot tubs.

The location and the resort was great. Very centrally located, was able to explore a lot of the island in the week we were there. Loved the pools and beach. The view from my room was amazing.

Mildew on bathroom sink. Squeaky toilet seat. Shower cocking was loose.

I might be spoiled but non of the restaurants in the resort or outside of it had really good food. Everything was pretty expensive so my expectations where high but it turned out to be just ok. I realized it's across the island as we tried to eat outside of the resort as well.

we liked the swimming pool and spent most of the time by it. Unfortunately we did not know that in June the ocean on the south side of the island is pretty active and it did not allow us to swim.

The location is nice. The food was good at all the restaurants. I did not like that I could not bring a lounge chair on to the sand and had to keep it on the grass area.

There is no social life for singles. Everything closes down at 9 pm😒

Not much to grumble about. There is some construction but it is quiet and discrete. Room service every other day but if you ask they'll restock or similar inbetween.

Pool and beach setting are wonderful, great range of restaurants both in resort and very close by. Staff are lovely, attentive but no pressure

As previously mentioned, we had a minor setback during check-in , which was handled with care by the front lobby staff. A special thanks to Saowalak at the front desk for going out of her way to make sure our concerns were properly handled. Thank you so much for that.

Staff and services were excellent from the time we were picked up at the airport in the complementary shuttle to the time we checked out. The only hiccup we had was at check-in, but staffing went above and beyond to address our situation. It made for a memorable experience that put me over the fence about returning. We look forward to coming back!

Construction noise, not enough to ruin our stay, but a little noisy.

Amazing location, beautiful, well-kept grounds. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The pool area was amazing and you’re right on the beach.

All the extra fees The restaurant was not good. Arriving from a long journey, sat in restaurant (near the pool and bar) ordered food and got it in takeout containers ?? Really long wait to be seated and even just to get coffee at breakfast next morning.

The check-in staff were not very helpful in explaining how amenities at the property are laid out, and what was required to get from one location to the next. Also, it was not-at-all clear what all my meal/dining options were, nor was it clear how to get to my room and the lobby without having to drag my suitcase up a flight of stairs--no one to guide me to escalator, etc. Prices were expensive.

This was my first stay at this property, and the surroundings were lovely, as was the room. The housekeeping staff were lovely as well.
