Really well located (close to L, but also really easy to walk anywhere from Lincoln Park to Field Museum, ideal for gig at House of Blues, and close to Whole Foods). Spacious, comfortable, very well appointed- we had everything we needed to have breakfast before going out, and it was really useful being able to do laundry/iron. Very comfy bed, and good pillows. No issues with street noise despite being used to silent countryside, or noise in the building despite being beside the elevator. Really good pre-arrival instructions, early check in and bag storage. Stunning views. I understand some of these things may depend on the apartment allocated, we were in 1809 and it was perfect in every way. At that price point where it encouraged us to choose this over a hotel room but was still surprisingly luxurious for the cost which is a real sweet spot.

Had some problem in the room maintenance. However, staff was helpful and responsive, everything was solved quickly along with a gesture from the staff for the inconvenience

Everything, it was comfortable, the amenities were great (with the exception of the "espresso" machine, but my husband is Italian, and there is an abyss between what Italians and Americans call espresso), full working kitchen, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, a nice balcony with a table and chairs, comfortable living room. It was perfect and we enjoyed dinner in front of TV several evenings. We highly recommend it and will return.

One of the blinds in the main room was missing, and that morning sun was waking me up super early every single morning. Not great for those who are on vacation, but must be perfect for those who are in town for business.

Location is absolutely perfect! And those views of downtown from the balcony are just incredible! The property os very spacious and felt very safe.

Bathroom fixtures are old, toilet is not modern (too low and too small). Slight mildew smell in bathroom. Furniture in the unit is the kind that looks nice and high-grade but is actually lightweight and generally poor quality.

No frills, clean, comfortable with functioning A/C (you'd be surprised at how many properties have old and poorly performing A/C units). Added convenience of a kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer combo. Included soaps, shampoo, conditioner. Nice choice of thick, absorbent toilet paper (Charmin).

We love sitting out on the balcony and have coffee in the morning or a drink late at night and play cards but the chairs in balcony were not too comfortable so didn’t sit out that much, which was a shame because view was really nice and weather was perfect. Furniture inside was very comfortable, liked sitting in the bar stools for breakfast😊

Loved staying at the Kasa! Great location. 10-15 minute walk to all the attractions by the river! Lots of great restaurants to choose from in the areas with various range in price. Magnificent Mile was 2-3 blocks away on Michigan Avenue and the Riverwalk at the of of Michigan Avenue. Lots of great amenities in the condo, a full fridge, stove, coffee maker, tea kettle, washer and dryer and everything you need to cook if you so choose. Whole foods was across the street, very convenient to buy a few staples, wine and spirits. 711 was also close by for late night stop for milk, bread, etc. Bed was so comfortable! Bathroom had great water pressure and water temperature was ralky nice. Liked doing laundry before leaving so can pack clean clothes in luggage and not have to do laundry when we got back home. Liked having coffee and tea available along with milk/sugar, nice touch. Front desk security staff were really nice and friendly and gave great recommendations for sights to see and restaurants to visit! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Kasa.

The walls were thin so I could hear my neighbors. It was not too bad but still a little annoying. Also, the partition between the balconies left very little privacy.

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view. Fully furnished and all appliances are available for use; I love being able to wash my clothes before heading back home! Laundry, dish, and body soap were all available along with a first aid kit. Coffee and tea were both fully stocked as well :)

We would have loved to use the pool but understood it was only available for residents (which they at least tell you in the posting). Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to have our luggage stored until check in time and it was kept safe and secure. This was my teenage children's first visit to Chicago, and it couldn't have been better! The view and balcony were amazing, the kitchen was easy to maneuver in, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee, sugar and creamer (much needed). The beds were very comfortable (even the sofa bed) as well as the room temperature. The apartment itself, was spacious and clean and we also made use of the washer and dryer which was in perfect condition. The elevator system was very convenient, and the location was great. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we felt very much at home there. Looking forward to the next time we are blessed to visit Chicago again and Kasa!

Location, location location. Police and fire trucks screamed all night, 15 to 20. It's right in the heart of the action, to much so for me.
