Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NigeriaThe good delivery service was quite poor. We had to ask for deliveries before they were brought to us. Unfortunately some soaps i ordered were not given to us and I’m certain they are still at the hotel.
The breakfast was really simple and very nice. The staff were exceptional. Very warm and always willing to help. Everyone had a smile to offer and was really really nice. They made us feel at home.

United StatesThe ioad dies not work so you should remove it. The beautiful bathtub does not hold the water. As soon as you get in the water lets out. I tried it withbthe stopper up and down. I literally had to speed bathe and its such a nice tub i wanted to soak. Also i left my medicine (in the container) on the bed. My son in left his Airpods and the Gucci Airpod case in the room he was in (401 Kimesha Harmon). If yall locate these items can yall mail them to us? That would be amazing. The staff takes the cake. United StatesIt was a smaller than expected room, but very efficient. I typically don't care for the bathroom options to be in the room. The sink, mirror, towels, hairdryer, etc, were a part of the main room and not separated by a wall and/or door. Not ideal, but it worked. While I love Nespresso machines, it would have been nice to have more pods for coffee. One option with one pod a piece seemed a bit skimpy. Especially since it only made a 3oz cup of coffee. The other option available was decaf, and really, what's the point with that? ;)
The bed in our room was extremely comfortable and I loved the pillows. Efficient use of space. Coffee maker is nice model. The best part of the trip was the service we received in the bar/restaurant. For an afternoon cocktail and snack, Heather was exceptional. Very friendly and professional and seemed to care about us as customers. Could not have asked for better service. Our dinner experience was only diminished by the VERY loud gentleman at the table next to us. Not anyone else's fault, but he was really obnoxious. Our server, Jocelyn, I think, was super friendly and made some great recommendations. The spare rib tacos were out of this world!! Valet service was very friendly as well.

United StatesThe ipad next to the bed did not work. The coffee maker did not work/still unsure what it was meant to be for. The shower head was spraying water everywhere. Needed to be adjusted and cleaned. We also got locked in a "tunnel". Our room key would not allow us back in and the exit doors were locked. The call button was not answered. We waiting on hold for someone at the front desk to answer the phone to "rescue" us for over 15 minutes. Finally, another guest of the hotel came down the stairs and saw us waiving to be let in and opened the door for us from the inside. It was a scary situation for our children to say the least.
The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The amenities were really good. Best hotel I've stayed at in quite a few years.
