We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We had a great time in this hotel. It’s really nice and comfortable according with the price. The hotel rooms look like new or renovated, very clean and quiet.

United StatesThe bathrooms have hard water so there’s hard water stains in the sinks and mirrors and glass. It felt clean but looked dirty. One of the three towels provided looked dingy and not as white as the others.
The breakfast Is yummy the service was really great and the space looked better than in photos. Beds were super comfortable, loved the smart tvs, easy to work with!

What an incredible little find - fantastically located in the Napa Valley, close to downtown Napa and wineries. Beautifully presented property - modern and spotlessly clean. Jeffery on reception was engaging and helpful with lots of tips about where to visit. Would highly recommend this value for money property.

United StatesThe pool closes too early. The staff allowed us to stay a little longer, but ultimately we were out by around 10:15 PM. I'm not sure if it was the exhaust fan or the light fixture itself, but when we turned on the light in the bathroom there was a constant humming / buzzing sound that gave me a headache. I made me rush through getting ready so I didn't have to stay in the restroom for very long. I didn't like how there weren't a lot of water bottle options to purchase at the main lobby store. Voss water is a little too fancy and unnecessary, otherwise, it was Fiji water, which is fine, but all of them were very small. I'd recommend folks going to Whole Foods or Target to pick up water for their wine weekend.
We liked the location of the hotel. It was 10 minutes away from downtown Napa. It had a Target & Whole Foods close by, making it easy to pick up any necessary supplies. We liked the TV, which allowed you to easily login / sign off of Netflix. The bed was comfy, the room was clean. The decor was modern, so it did not feel stuffy. We could also see our car from the window which was nice for my husband. The pool was also nice. The hot tub was warm and the pool wasn't too cold either. We didn't participate in the continental breakfast but it smelled good. Getting an Uber from the hotel to move around to our locations was easy.

United StatesHonestly for staying the 2 nights we really didn't have any complaints about the hotel or staff. This is only a suggestion due to an allergy which I know doesn't apply to everyone but although they did provide a continental breakfast it was almost all bread related items. I could only eat 2 items out of the entire breakfast. Would like to see a few more gluten free items included. But that didn't hurt my rating of the hotel by any means.
Staff was incredible and extremely accommodating. Rooms were very clean and very quiet especially being so close to a busy street. Couldn't hear anything.
