Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesSo, we're playing for a few hours (around 4 hrs) and we never got a drink or a waiter to ask for one. I even got up and went to the bar and nothing either, wait and waited and no one was behind the bar to attend us. I also went to the players' club desk, and nothing, a lady that was there, never came to help me.
I've been here before and love the place, the rooms and the casino are beautiful, the room was great and very comfortable...

United StatesWhen you check-in at the kiosk it says you have a $100 balance although you have already paid for your hotel stay. This was not communicated prior to us staying there. The hotel staff claim it was for unforeseen mishaps during your stay. But after check-out the money is placed back onto your account within 2-5 business days. Also when we first walked into the room there was a noticeable stinch at the hotel room doorway. After spraying Lysol in the area we did not smell it again.
Rosie”s Café offered excellent customer service and good food and the Bingo game plays were a lot of fun.

United StatesI don't like how you have to request housekeeping still, it was sometimes hard to get ahold of housekeeping to exchange your used towels for clean ones and to get rid of the trash. I hate how expensive the restaraunt and Starbucks are and how there is smoking all throughout the casino but that's just a given I guess.
I love that the place is always clean and smells the same. The pool was warm and clean. The food was good at the restaurant. Overall, just like staying at the Nugget. The parking is great, so easy to find a spot and not too far of a walk. We stayed on the other side this time that was close to the parking garage and the rooms were just as nice.

United StatesThe elevator was having issues for the three days that we stayed. It took forever to get to your room or come down. The room was outdated. I had to give them my driver license to hold, in order to use the luggage card. Very unprofessional. Cafe food and service were awful.
