Not allowed to park our vehicle on the Signature property our 2nd night due to "excess owner parking". (Say what?) Security instructed us to park at the MGM parking structure and walk to our tower through the MGM-to-Signature walkway - about a mile. The term "guest" - paying the owners rates/expenses thru rental fees - should not indicate lower priority IMHO.

Good value for the price and an excellent/convenient location. The property is clean and well-maintained. Signature staff were all very friendly and courteous.

No casino but was close to MGM and had easy access with a short walk.

Location was great room was very nice and clean. Saw a little too much hair in the bathroom and floors. Easy check in and out.

They wouldn’t let me check in early, the booking app said I was at least able to book it abit early but it wasn’t,

The view of the city was amazing, the vibe is good, but it also gave us a nice walk distance from the hotel to the strip

The only downside is that the property adjacent to the signature with the pool blasts music from around 8 am through the afternoon. On the 18th floor it was still audible. This really isn't the fault of Signature or Jet Luxury, but I do hope they can work with their neighbor to tone things down. I suspect this is a spring break thing as this isn't usually a problem.

I frequently stay in the MGM Signature through Jet Luxury - several times a year. In a few recent visits I noted that the carpets were stained and in need of cleaning. Happy to say that on this stay the carpets were spotless. Its also nice that Jet Luxury provides a fully stocked kitchen (great for those nights when I want to just want to eat in, or have leftovers) and also provides a few bottles of water and coffee bags. My colleagues who stayed at Treasure Island were griping about hidden fees...and no bottled water or coffee in the room.

Nothing to point out, everything promised was provided. Furniture on the balcony would be nice, if I had to pick something.

The location was central, but just off the strip which was good. The size and quality of the room, spacious and clean.

The room didn’t have chairs for the balcony, the spare blanket was dirty, and the pool closed extremely early.

The room was beautiful. The huge tub was my favorite. I also enjoyed the balcony view.

No wine or champagne glasses in the room. Because the room is "privately owned," the reception of the building can't respond to any requests. No housekeeping. No decent coffee. You are forced to go downstairs and spend a fortune on Starbucks (also terrible). We struggled with not enough hot water for two showers. The refrigerator froze everything, even on a low setting.

Room was ok. Nice to have free valet parking.

Only thing that was not top notch were the beds. They felt old and you could clearly feel where other people has been laying.

Great place to stay when in Vegas. Big nice apartments with amazing views. Easy check in and nice complementary valet service.

Nothing much, just the lights im the room could be brighter as it feels like darkish motel room. Little things were off, e.g. wobbly tab in kitchen sink, blocked drain in one of the bathroom sinks and the safe was locked.

They have only valet parking. I just came out of a ski trip, my car wasn't well organized inside, very messy in fact. The valet situation took me by surprise, so I had to put things together very quickly before checking in. Each time if I wanted to access my car, I'd have to go through the valet, which is rather inconvenient. Also I had a problem connecting to Wi-Fi. The receptionist told me all I needed was connect, no password, but it didn't work. It took me three rounds to get help getting three different assistants finally sorted it out.

It's very clean with good facilities and high quality. Almost everything I needed for my trip. Stuff were helpful in general. The location wasn't very central, but close enough. Only I wish the pillows were down.

I loved everything about the stay honestly no bad things to say about it at all , the condo looked just liked the pictures the people were nice we had our DND button on the whole stay so we really didn’t bother them and they didn’t bother us we loved when we visit Vegas again we will stay here again !! Thank you guys for the wonderful stay

I didn't appreciate the last minute tower change. I booked a different room and was expecting it. Couch, chair and desk were stained and worn.

Check in went well. Room was clean. Appliances were in good shape and usable. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels. Appreciated water in the room. Free valet parking was a major option for me. Not having to go outside to eat or entertainment was great.
