When I checked in, they had no record of my Booking.com reservation… Which sent me on a bit of a panic for the next couple hours until they could figure it out… I knew it would work out but I was a bit concerned about the breakdown

The restaurant constantly had a very long wait for it even a 45 minute wait for breakfast. The parking right by the hotel was small there was a garage across the street though also provided. A little pricey!

The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was very clean and easy to navigate. There was also a restaurant on site and coffee and tea available in the room and lobby.

It would have been nice if there was a bar of soap in the bathroom. There was only shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

When checking in we did not receive the code for internet. (to hook up iPad) We went to call the front desk for the code and discovered that the phone did not work, not only was it unplugged but there was no way to hook it up. The proper cords were not there. We do not have cell phones so we went without. Not the most convenient. I realize that our stay was mid week, so I asked at the desk if the bar would be open that evening and was told open till 10:00. We returned at 9:00 with friends to find it closed. We would have made other arrangements if they had been honest.

The room and bath were clean. The bed was comfortable and décor was fine. I chose this room because of the flooring, no rug. I think it is more sanitary. We attended a concert at Ithaca College and this hotel was very convenient and provided easy parking.

Lamps outdated, noisier fridge, NEEDS BLACKOUT CURTAINS!!! It was way too bright in the room to sleep and sheers were too see thru to change! The USB ports NEITHER WORKED! Ugh! The front desk didn’t have a razor/shave gel! Told us to go to 7-eleven & no shave gel there!

Restaurant was OK. Happy to have an on-site restaurant, but nothing to write about. Bartender/Server was pleasant, I suppose. Maybe too many nights without customers? Food took quite a long time considering it was 1700 and we were the only 3 people in the place.

Check in with Kimberly was efficient, pleasant and informative! She was great! I didn't have to search for the ice machine. The beds, pillows and sheets were wonderful. Large bathroom with even a makeup mirror, which is typically not thought of when designing a bathroom. Free and convenient parking was huge for me, so Thank You!

The phone in my room did not work so each time I needed to speak to the front desk I had to travel 7 floors down on the elevator to let them know my needs or concerns.

Just nitpicking - no huge issues. Slightly dated with carpets - though I have to disclaim that it was very clean. There is electric car charge station available in the parking garage across the street. If the staff had mentioned that when asked we would have driven the 6 hours in our electric car

It is around the corner from the main downtown area. We walked from the hotel for meals. Staff was friendly and check in/out was quick and painless. Small parking lot on the hotel premises but big parking garage across the street that they validate. We paid less here than the rates at Hilton/Marriott
