Beautiful view all the staff was very nice and accommodating!

We are used to grab bars in our shower at home so we missed that and we had to be extra careful while taking a shower. My husband would have preferred a higher toilet. But, these minor inconveniences will not prevent us from returning to this lovely hotel.

The view was spectacular. The room and deck were very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and all of the surroundings. Breakfast was very good. TV and internet worked fine. Bed was comfortable. It was nice having a refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed coming back to our little slice of heaven after our daily activities such as boating, swimming, biking, dining out, etc. We did not want to leave.

The fact that they were not accommodating to us renting a golf cart to enjoy the island. We were told we absolutely could charge it and without worry, then once we did we were told we couldn’t plug it in because we couldn’t block the accesses that were close to where to plug in. THANKFULLY we had a friend on the island who let us plug in at her place or we would have been in a jam. We wouldn’t have rented it had we known it was going to pose a problem.

The location, the beautiful views and the privacy of not seeing other guests while sitting and relaxing on our balcony. We felt like it was our own personal hide away to relax and enjoy the views without the interference of others on their balcony’s as well.

The toilet in the room seemed to be shorter than usual. It was probably standard height for that brand, but the seat seemed a long way down, which my arthritic knee did not appreciate!

Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the bay and the ocean! I greatly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a book and the breeze.

Really enjoyed the location, our balcony is facing water and room has beautiful view. Enjoyed the facilities, outside area for walking, canopy, swing. Spent most time at the resort premises after visiting island. Felt relaxing.

A little expensive, but what can you do? Now prices have gone up everywhere for everything.

Location, beautiful, quiet place. Pleasant view of nature from the balcony to the canal and the bridge. Seagulls, geese. Close to restaurants, ice cream cafe. Clean, everything for a good vacation. 10 minutes by car to a wonderful beach. Comfortable bed. Good, filling continental breakfast.

There wasn’t anything I disliked.

The room had a lot of open space and very comfortable. The balcony view was breathtaking! Staff was very friendly when we arrived and checked out. Ms. Becky in the breakfast cafe was excellent! Very accommodating, had the cafe super clean and provided whatever was needed. You arrived as a visitor and at the end of your visit she was your friend. Breakfast was the highlight of our trip along with the view. Will definitely return to Island Resort! One of our favorite places to stay.

Beautiful setting with personal deck for each room overlooking the water. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered multiple homemade selections that went over and beyond a continental breakfast offered by other hotels. The woman who managed the dining area was efficient and very friendly. The resort staff were friendly and so helpful.
