The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is just so well done. We love everything about it.

I only have one “complaint” about our stay. I booked us a room with two queen sized beds. Not sure if I did that because there was a deal at the time of booking, because I would normally get us a room with one king size bed. I’m not really convinced that was a queen size bed. It definitely felt smaller than what we are used to at home (which is a queen). So, if I HAD to say something I didn’t like about our stay, that would be it.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We were not there for very long, so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the property to the fullest. I would book again.

Parking does get a bit tight at night. Pretentious people.

The secure access to get on the elevator to go to your floor. Everyone was very nice. A lot of amenities were close by and available. Up to date. Room was fully stocked. No toothpaste though.

I thought I was booking another hotel that was closer to downtown Indianapolis. This is closer to Carmel. There are a lot of restaurants and a great mall that is close. However, if you are looking to be closer to action, this might not work for you.

The hotel was amazing! The facilities and room were very modern. The shower is part of the living space, but frosted. So this would really only be good for single travelers or couples. Also, Provisions is a nice place to grab a drink at the bar and is part of the hotel. They do not open until 4 pm.

The mini fridge is only for liquor so nowhere to put leftovers. You have to request ice instead of getting it yourself. I don't think there is an outside pool.

First time at a boutique hotel. Everything is steps away from you. We only spent one night, but now I can't wait to bring my husband back. When you walk into the hotel, the smell is amazing. They have amazing cocktails in the hotel restaurant. Everyone is so helpful and professional. The raindrop shower is EVERYTHING!!!

The build and rooms were awesome! My sister and I stayed for 2 nights. The 1st night of our stay, their was contraction going on in the restaurant located directly below our room. We were woken up at 5am due to the noise. We were not very happy, but the staff was wonderful, understanding and made the trip right for us. 2nd night was great, no complaints!

It's a little far from downtown but that's not the hotel's issue, it's easy enough to drive to and fro in the morning.

Food was great at Rize and pretty great at Provision, rooms were clean and contemporary, staff was accommodating and helpful. There were a ton of people there for the eclipse and they managed it well (from what we could see). Not too many long waits for anything and good attitudes from staff.
