Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesBreakfast was cheap and minimal. We had to ask for more towels. The notice on the safe said we could get reimbursed for the safe fee if we wanted but I could even get a hard copy receipt at check out. Front desk clerks were hardly ever at the desk.

United StatesPhotos are a bait and switch. Nothing about the photos are genuine. Staff said those are our "deluxe rooms" which I don't believe existed. Regardless if that's the case you should have your standard room photos posted too. Seeing as no other rooms were available in the city due to balloon Fiesta we had to endure which meant buying blankets and cleaning supplies from Walmart.

United StatesI disliked that the tv signal was missing some channels and towels had to be washed not by staff. Also the lighting was very difficult to operate as some lights had to stay on because the knob was broken and kept turning.
I liked the location and the staff was super friendly, clear and responsive.

nothing it was horrible dirty room kept getting broken into mold in shower sinks clogged took two weeks to fix managers son lives on site caught him learning around my car too many times they say no pets but everyone has one poop all over the grounds trash it’s just dirty and if you value your belongings and privacy this is definitely not the place for you came back one day door wide open was told the maintenance left it open like it was no big deal with my PlayStation and other valuables in there
