Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI guess I would say the parking fee is $45/night.
The hotel is centered on Cannery Row, so everything is close by. The e-bike rental store is about 2 blocks away if you want to venture out. Fisherman's Wharf is about to 2 miles away. It was a nice walk, then had dinner and Uber back to the hotel. We were too full, too tired to walk back. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were even upgraded on room reservation. Parking is adjacent to the hotel on another street.

United StatesYou can pay for unlimited parking garage access, which takes the headache out of constantly feeding meters or moving your car. It’s somewhat pricey, but at least you have a place to park and it is a sat rate.
It is perfectly located to go to the aquarium and explore local shops and restaurants. There is access to the beach, perfect for exploring tide pools. There is a lap pool and hot tub, perfect after a long day.

United StatesI’m not sure there’s much to complain about other than if folks don’t like being in the hustle and bustle of tourists. We enjoyed drinks at the bar both nights but didn’t eat at the restaurant, so can’t comment on quality of food. But the drinks were superb and customer service excellent!
Location was great, convenient to walking around and exploring Cannery Row. Some might find it annoying to be right in the middle of crowds of tourists. However, I am used to it and found it great to access plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was very clean and inviting. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and responsive.
