We booked this room for the shuttle service and proximity to the airport. I was upset to find out the shuttle runs start at 6 a.m. and we needed to be at the airport at 5 am.

When checking in early hours in the morning after missing connection flight due to a previous delayed flight, very tired and distressed, the male working was very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable

It rained everyday, and due to them having satellite the tv kept goin out. Had to watch TV on my phone a few times. I'm also not sure if it was the grout that was dirty but it was a few areas in the shower corners that looked dirty

I am a foreigner. When I arrived at Atlanta airport, I did not no where to take the shuttle from at the airport. I eventually had to pay 20 dollars for a uber to take me to the hotel.

We were not informed that shuttle was not available even tho we made contact with the property a couple of times about our arrival time. For first timers to Atlanta airport this was very disappointing. Property was apologetic.

the double twin room was massive and had loads of space. all of the features were brilliant and the bathroom was super clean. Air Con system was great and had no complaints with anything

Front desk person gave me a room key to a room that already had people in there and yes we walked in on them changing clothes and who know what else. I was so embarrassed and when we back to tell the staff he was so non caring about it.

Two beds and four guests. 1 of each towel stocked in the room. Parking $15 which is probably listed somewhere I couldn't see it on booking.com. Typical airplane noises of course but expected. Someone was smoking MJ so much that it crept under our door and we had to place a towel to block the gap. Air conditioner temp gap was huge. Climbed 4 degrees or more before it kicked on. No way to have the fan run continuously so it was dead silent or a/c running full tilt. All minor things but still interrupted a good night's sleep due to the temp and noise moving up and down.

It was clean, well maintained and in a nice area. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially liked having the ability to just go downstairs and get a drink despite two beers costing $17. Definitely caters to the business crowd where their company is picking up the tab. Huge shower and spacious room. All very clean.

Very basic. Sheets a bit crinkly, worried me the sheets had not been changed. Dirty ring under the lamp on the bedside table. The seatbelt cover in the shuttle bus was broken which I didn’t notice until I sat on it and was stabbed by a blunt metal rod - massive bruise! Choose roadside room (not runway side) - very noisy otherwise.

Our sink in the bathroom had a small leak but it was manageable.

Nice design and decor, nice lobby and patio area. We loved the room especially the bathroom with the spacious shower

It’s in need of some fixing up. The lock on my rooms door barely worked, I went to the gym and when I came back I didn’t even need my room key as the latch hadn’t set into the door properly. I dropped my head phones and when searching for them under the bed there were old bottles, a hair grip and sweet wrappers. The aircon didn’t work at all. The panel on the wall didn’t even switch on.

The bed was really comfy, the towels were high quality and dried you off quick, gym was ok. Basic mish mash mix of stuff but enough for a work out. Very quiet area - the odd plane noise but easy to sleep. If you just want a comfy sleep near airport for a few hours then ideal.

Room was not cleaned for my first 2 nights. On my last night room was cleaned very poorly. Soup dish was not cleaned out, wash cloth was missing, bed was not made properly. The staff seemed to rush through the process.
