We really enjoyed staying here. It’s an older building, but clean and room was modern. The resort is very centrally located and only a short walk to the beach. All the staff were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed There are also numerous restaurants around the resort, and an ‘ABC’ convenience store next door which was great for small grocery items We would stay here again😊

Got there at 9:00am, no room available, said to check back later. Tried at 12:00, said check back later. Finally got a room at 3:30. It had to be the worst room 409. Patio was on top of 3rd floor roof in a corner with no view. Anyone on roof could walk right up to our patio. Not the safest. Saw lots of people check in after us. Seems like timeshare people get rooms immediately and hotel people get the last rooms available.

The hotel is outdated in its furniture in my opinion, as well as in the decoration, however this did not represent a problem since everything worked correctly, it was clean, it smelled good, each element fulfilled its function and was never synonymous with deterioration. Oh, I almost forgot, they left a box of chocolates as a welcome gift in our room!!! ♡

The quality-price ratio was what I expected. The hotel is excellently located, the places of interest are very close and you can walk to them without feeling unsafe. The room chosen was clean, with excellent views, spacious enough, a small kitchen and everything you needed to spend a restful night. The staff was friendly, we paid $35 for car parking and there is a Denny's located conveniently on the ground floor of the hotel. 100% recommended.

Being in the mix of the businesses, (Shops/Restaurants) is definitely a convenience but also brings early morning delivery truck noises. It wasn’t super terrible but it happens. Shouldn’t bother if you’re a heavy sleeper. Also, just FYI we rented a 9 passenger van and upon arrival they told us that they couldn’t park it in their parking garage due to its size. We had to park it about a block away for $80 a day. We had no issues at the parking lot.

No issues. As info only the rooms are not serviced daily which again for us was not a problem. The rubbish is regularly removed from room (if not daily then certainly every 2nd day), housekeeping was always happy to give you replacement towels which we did several times over the course of our weeks stay. Outside wise there was a little bit of noise at 7am most days as rubbish trucks collected bins at hotel and next door hotel but we were awake by that time so again no issue.

Lovely Resort Hotel on Waikiki strip. Its predominantly a timeshare resort hotel combination. This presented no issues for us, and in fact offered some free drink and music nights for us which was a bonus. Staff were friendly and accomodating, carpark is valet only but again no issue for us. We had a car but staff were prompt and brought car around the front. The Denny's downstairs and ABC shop add convenience if you need something quickly... There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and stores within easy walking distance... We had two rooms and both had ocean views. The rooftop pool was heated and very little people used it during our stay so basically was ours...a bit of wind on roof but no issue, as there are high walls surrounding the pool and outside of pool was suitable/safe for an 11 month old we had with us. Rooms were clean and tidy. slightly aged but not to a point were it would seem maintenance would be required. Coin and Card operated laundry on 2nd floor, US$3.25 for wash and $3.25 to dry so we utilised them a couple of times and they worked well. In summary is it equivalent to the well know hotel chain resorts? ie luxury fittings. No its not, but if you are looking for a cost effective alternative so you can spent your money on tours, luau's etc instead of accommodation then I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is very close to beach which we went too several times.

Rooms cleaned on a 4th day basis, which you needed to book. However, this was not a big issue.

Staff couldn’t do enough & manager was brilliant at relocating us to a different room with a tub. Size of Accomodation was excellent for 3 people in a six bedroom banyan room, kitchen well equipped, clean & comfortable. Check out brilliant, access given for use of hotel facilities including pool, family bathroom/and secure hold of cases despite our flight home being in the evening. Location brilliant!!

Alittle bit small, when the bed was pulled out, it was hard to walk around and you had to move table into kitchen. Had to bring used towel to 3rd floor to get new ones and the elevator was always packed so a bit difficult. Also had to get own toilet paper from third floor.

LOCATION..LOCATION..LOCATION/just steps from Waikiki beach & there's an ABC store in the same block!!! BONUS The staff was fabulous and we felt very safe in the property. Granted it's dated, but clean & a great value for the price.
