Location: was great, we were looking for beach location, we didn't know we were going to cross the street and hear all the loud street sound the whole night. Room: spacious, but dusty behind the curtains and floor was never vacuumed, sand from the beach stayed on the floor and on the bed, we cleaned our room daily in top of house keeping. Beach: the best part of the vacation. we spent lots of time by the beach, the swimming pool was too little and too crowded so we stayed on the beach and we loved it.

Parking garage was tight and a pain to find spots at times. Spots were tiny.

Breakfast was delicious and in such a picturesque setting. Location was ideal being such a hop, skip, and jump from the beach.

the cleanliness needs attention, specially carpets needs to be changed. the elevator service needs some improvement and laundromat need your attention, the machines are out of service and long lines of guests waiting with babies and young children. the area is very hot as well.

Location is great!! Rooms have terrible beds!! The beach in front of the hotel is awesome. Very impersonal. The pool is too small for the size of the hotel and it seems more a daycare. Adults can not really enjoy this small pool full of kids jumping and screaming around. It is great to have music in the pool during the happy hour but it is inside the bar and nobody is really there so you can not enjoy the music in the terraza or in the pool side. I found the hotel too expensive for the quality of rooms. I guess location is the compensation.

Not enough things to do for teenagers that was free, there was a games room but you had to pay for everything.

The cost went up dramatically in the past year not only the rooms but valet parking. The valet parking was $70.00 a day which was a shock. Last year it was $50. In June 2023, it was quieter. This year someone was talking near us and said it felt like Miami, which I totally understand. The noise was loud from the traffic. There was a homeless person causing issues in the valet area so they had to get security. Noise from a party near the pool was loud with several people yelling after 10pm.

The location was great. We were facing the ocean so the view was beautiful. The beach across the street was nice and clean.

Traffic noise was bothersome even on high floor. High winds often caused extra noise. Made for disturbed sleep. There weren’t enough beach chairs for the number of guests. They were often all gone by 10am.

Room size was excellent. Nice view. Enjoyed the pool deck.

The bed and wicker chairs didn't agree with me. The toilet has a bidet on it and sometimes when you used the air it would smell like ass cheese.

The view from the 26th floor Ocean room that looks directly out over the Pacific, SWIM, NA HO‘OLA spa, and our concierge Dannie. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We will be returning next year.
