wooo I loved it I loved it I fell in love with the room the technology the television I felt at home watching my favorite shows while resting beautiful nice Beautiful to walk and that includes being in the pool since it has towels and chairs. It is located on the second level. Beautiful at night I could contemplate the stars and the moon with my husband while we swam. The hotel offers a beautiful elegant restaurant. I hope to have breakfast or dinner in that beautiful place on my next trip. This time I couldn't because of my schedule, but next time I will. The welcome is beautiful, fruit water at the entrance, a beautiful way to greet you at the counter, apart from the library and the living rooms, the fireplace outside was an unforgettable experience

We are over the moon about our stay! Even before we arrived I received a call to correct my room booking which I had made a mistake on and also had to make some additions that I was unable to make on my booking. Adnan was just so incredible and corrected everything even before we had arrived. We so greatly appreciated it because we flew red eye flights from Canada and were exhausted when we arrived and we arrived to a perfect room that exceeded our expectations with such a comfortable bed and pillows. All we can say is ONE MILLION THANK YOUS TO ADNAN! The restaurant staff were also amazing especially Tini and David were so kind and wonderful with our son! The housekeeper Lina made such a pretty little heart on the bed our son was just delighted. The food was really great so many amazing choices for us and our son. We also loved having the fruit infused water to fill our cups with every day! We are sorry we didn't get to say goodbye in person but we will hope to come again for sure!!

Nothing! Maybe the pricing of the food but that's to be expected. We own a business and know what goes into costs. We brought some of our own food to be honest! But the coffee I couldn't say no to and it was excellent.

The service was excellent. Staff members very helpful and positive. Even with our dog! A lot of hotels are not willing to accept even our sweet little dog so... Thank you for accepting dogs! The best service we've had at any hotel we've stayed at. The gym was so nice as well! I loved the coffee bar too. I enjoyed the lighting under the bed and the bathroom motion detection is the way to go when you travel a lot and wake up wondering where you are. Haha! We attended the warrior notes spirit school and appreciate you hosting it. We know not everyone is willing to but it really made it extra special. Smell was amazing. Im usually kind of sensitive to chemicals but it didn't flare me up! Woohoo.

I mentioned to the front desk and to the engineer that there was a strong (non-pool) chemical smell in the corridor past the fitness room. It smelled of VOCs or plasticizer. I developed a headache shortly after my 2 minute exploration down this hall and onto the pool deck - which also smelled very strongly, but not exclusively of chlorine. Perhaps the area had just been sprayed for bugs? Perhaps a new piece of equipment with plastic components from a suspicious origin? Perhaps new carpet, wallpaper, seals, or other polymeric materials. From life experience, I know that not every human is as sensitive as I am to vapors, odors, fumes, and suspended particulates. I feel confident that the hotel staff and leadership would not find it acceptable that their facilities smell like poison. However, I may be like the canary in the coal mine, to provide you with an indication of what may be a simmering issue that might not (or ever) rise to the level of a consistent guest complaint. I know the engineer understands VOCs and has looked into this matter, and I hope the hotel leadership takes this seriously. I am an engineering professor emeritus and licensed professional engineer and my chemistry labs at my university consistently received A+ safety ratings from campus health and safety inspectors - quite a rarity among engineering labs - so I speak with considerable confidence, experience, and qualifications. For the sake of your guests, please do not let this concern fade without serious consideration. Because I did not feel comfortable using the exercise facility, I went for a walk in the pre-dawn. I could/did not take a long walk towards downtown because of the lack of sidewalks on the service road. My Uber driver said that people around here just don't GO outside.

The water bottles in the room cost 5.00 a peice and there is a coffee maker in the room . So are you supposed to get the water for the coffee maker out of the bathroom sink ? I think if you are going to offer coffee in the room then comp the water bottles for coffee. And also for a crown and seven is twenty three dollars? That’s highway robbery.

I loved everything! If I had to come up with something that isn't just wonderful - the water pressure wasn't really strong but it was still fine!

Beautiful hotel; super clean inside the room and bathroom! I'm picky about cleanliness and this is the cleanest room/bathroom I've had in years. My 1 year old grandson crawled on the (no carpet!) hotel room floor all weekend and never had dingy hands or knees- I left the previous place I booked because the floors got his knees dirty in 10 mins! The staff are so super friendly and the hotel is secure- you need a room key to use the hotel elevators (the parking garage elevators do not need the room key though). I will always book this hotel from now on, when visiting my family! It's 25 mins from them but worth the drive!

I honestly can’t think of anything

This hotel is a true gem . I came here for the weekend to attend the East Texas Elephant Experience which was amazing. This hotel was just ten minutes from my destination. The rooms were updated , clean and very comfy. The staff were amazing from the lobby desk to the restaurant to the coffee bar (one of the best vanilla lattes I’ve ever had). But the restaurant by far by far was my favorite wonderful staff and exceptional food my goodness! I wish I had more reasons to come back ! I love the Hyatt hotels and this one definitely holds up their reputation! Thank you for making it a memorable stay !

Beautiful hotel, great staff - from the receptionist to the the waitress at the Conroux and everybody else. The breakfast was delicious and the chef brought out mi key pancakes to my daughter. Super sweet gesture!
