The parking was $70 valet parking only, so we parked at a parking garage across the street. It’s a little spendy, but good value for your money. The pool was also under construction so we had to use the pool down the street, which we didn’t end up doing since it was a bit of an inconvenience.

The location of this hotel is great. The breakfast is good, and the staff was friendly. Our room was clean and exactly what we needed.

The pool is being renovated, so but noisy during day on our balcony, but obviously this is only short term. Our room was looking over street where city buses travel, and a bit noisy at night, so we shut the door and used air conditioning.

We have stayed here on several previous visits to Honolulu and will stay again. It is next to Kuhio st where most of city buses travel to get to and from airport and down to the harbour for excursions. It is walking distance to Waikiki beach and they give you free towels and beach chairs for days at the beach. The deluxe rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable and what I recommend with either ocean or mountain views.

There was no room service and or a restaurant in the hotel. We came in tired from a 13yr trip and had nothing to eat. We were too tired to go out and find food.

The location was in the middle of a strip. Which made most things accessible.

Our 4 rooms were not all together. The shower in one room would not get very hot. Another room had beer cans hidden behind the couch. Another room the air conditioned leaked and got belongings wet. Hallway had food/crumbs on floor by elevator for a few days. The bar closed after one day stay and didn’t reopen. Couldn’t order a burger was told they were out of meat.

The staff was amazing. The location was great. Breakfast daily was great.

It was always very windy eating breakfast outside so the food would get cold and it was hard to find seating sometimes. The balcony looked bigger in the picture.

The breakfast not the greatest unless you are just after toast / bagels, however it may be because it is very different to the buffet breakfasts you get in New Zealand. Also if it was raining it may be a struggle to find seating as most of it is outside without cover. Air conditioning in rooms was quite loud at times, but didn't keep the kids awake.

Great location, short walk to beach, shops and food. Bus stops right outside hotel. Friendly staff. Reception staff were very helpful. It was great having access to clean, fresh pool / beach towels when we wanted them. Clean, modern spacious rooms. We stayed in a mountain view 2 Queen bed suite with sofa bed with our family of five and found it roomy enough. Our 15 year old son found the sofa bed comfy and big enough - probably an equivalent of a double bed.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of dryers and washers out when we were there.

It was super close to the beach. Also, it is in a good location and close to many things near Waikiki beach. I like how we could take the bus, taxi, or uber when we had to. Also, I like how there was free breakfast. If you need things to do, they offer beach toys and they can give you advice on what to do in the area.
