I have no complaints. Everything was wonderful.

My entire stay was wonderful from the facility, staff and continental breakfast. The hotel was located within minutes from where we went skiing.

Slippers not a standard, maybe coz it’s a lower tranche Hyatt? Breakfast staff in a hurry to close breakfast buffet. Would be great if all rooms had the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel fixtures.

Nothing. It was perfect.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool was lovely and warm, the elliptical machine in top condition. The dining room on the 4th floor had a great menu. The food was delicious. You could get draft beer, wine and food in the lobby and at the restaurant at reasonable prices. There were a number of nice, cosy common areas indoors and out with fireplaces, pillows, great art on the walls. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. They even had sourdough bread! It was clean and quiet and had everything one could want for a pleasant stay.

Dog moaning from another room during the early night was hard to ignore

Friendly staff...though restaurant individuals would have had more customers if they were more polite to people who stopped by before 3pm. Just sharing that the restaurant wasn't open would have been sufficient rather than giving a lot of attitude to the several people who stopped by.

Hotel was fairly new and unbelievably clean. Well appointed rooms and common areas. Excellent breakfast! Property was super close for a visit to JMU, which was why we were there.

Love the scenic area and how it sits on top of the hill looking over parts of campus and the area. I loved the color changing lights on the building, the fire pits outside

This hotel was excellent, the staff was amazing! Nice friendly kind and incredibly interesting and amazing conversationist (if that is even a word). So many people have lost the ability, interest, in having a conversation with people—everyone we encountered where fantastic! From the overnight guy—when we checked in at 1am, to the 2 staff we spoke to the next day. They where open, friendly and kind. They where genuinely interested in what we had to say…amazing! The hotel was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fantastic!! Our family is keto and the foods for us was abundant and delicious!! No powdered eggs or cheap sausage! Wish the rest of our trip was a fantastic as this hotel!!!!

A better sign showing the entrance would be good. Three hotel entrances are in a row. The main hotel sign is at an angle that’s hard to see from one direction. When you use the guide on the TV you lose sound and picture of what you are watching. if you exit you are still on the same channel.

Because the property has been open only ten months, everything was in very good condition. Our room had two queen beds, a nice couch, foot rest table, large screen TV, two large blinds, one translucent and one room darkening, long table under the TV to put suitcases on and do makeup, etc. The TV is set up with an option to play your subscriptions like Netflix from your phone. The bathroom was immaculate and supplied with plenty of towels for our two day stay. The included breakfast was very good. The fifth floor dining with windows overlooking the city was very good also.
