We only stayed one night before heading out on a cruise, and I didn’t encounter anything I didn’t like.

I liked that the room was spacious. Two double beds and a sofa that was large enough for my son to sleep on. I like the trendy look and feel of the hotel. The pool area is a vibe.

Close to airport, we had a late arrival so it was very convenient location with shuttle bus pickup. Complimentary breakfast and a nice pool area to hang out in before our Airbnb check in later in the day.

Breakfast could go on for a little bit longer on weekdays. We were told housekeeping were to be done every other day, but during our three-day stay no one came to clean the room.

We were in Tampa to visit a friend, so the location - very close to her house - was great. In general, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, although it could last a little bit longer (until 10AM at least).

The breakfast was great! The room was very accommodating the staff was always friendly and welcoming. A great experience to bring in my 30th birthday! I will definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.

How early the pool closes if there is no lifeguard anyways, pool should be 24/7. We also were not given any new bedsheets or towels or anything, seems like they didn’t touch our room whatsoever.

We only stayed one-night prior our flight out the next morning. The hotel is located within a 15-20 min walk of the airport car hire returns, so we were able to drop our cases off at the hotel, return the hire car and walk back to the hotel. There is transport from arrivals but we're not sure how that is arranged. We didn't use any of facilities in the hotel e.g. the pool, so can't comment. Breakfast was good with enough choices for most people. We were kindly upgraded to a Studio Room which had excellent facilities, including a microwave. The front desk team were also excellent and quickly organised our complimentary bus trip to departures the next day. One tip - there isn't much in the way of e.g. shops, in the area but there is a World of Beer nearby, if you don't want to eat in the hotel.

There were no bathrobes or disposable slippers, which would have been a nice touch. Also, a couple of bottles of drinking water for the coffee/ tea maker would have been helpful. I had to go back down to the lobby and buy some water. I didn't mind buying the water; it was the inconvenience of having to go back down after getting settled in and realizing there was no drinking water available.

The location was easily accessible from the terminal, and parking was ample. The staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good—nothing over the top, but a nice selection.

There was nothing I can complain about necessarily. The pool wasn’t open at our location but offering the opportunity to use one of the sister locations that were walking distance was super convenient. Never been to a location like this that didn’t give me anything to complain about.

The breakfast, check in, check out and all was beyond what we expected. We stayed for our mini vacation after our wedding ceremony and it truly gave us the peace and comfort we desired. Will definitely plan to come back soon !
