Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location with easy access to East Bay and SF freeways. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool and a fitness room that we used. And the free breakfast is much better than usual-fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, good yogurt and juices

Conveniently located for easy access to Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco, etc. The apartment w kitchen worked well for my son and me for a week. It gave us private space for working in the morning or watching movies at night while the other slept, and we cooked 1 or 2 meals/day in the kitchen.

Spacious comfortable rooms more like a 5 star than 3. Very close to a lovely shopping street cafes and restaurants. Small but convenient gym. Would stay there again for long stays.

United StatesDidn’t like fabric-y sofa. I just never feel clean. Found a gross sticky substance on nightstand and headboard which I cleaned. Small roach in utensil drawer. Tub drained slowly.
Parking at $24/day much more palatable than other places $54/day and valet only. I liked the layout of the room and that the bathroom had a real door ands not a pocket door.

United StatesThe front desk person could let the guest know that they will be charged for the overnight parking pass, just so they are clear.
Very large comfortable suite in very convenient location (close walking distance to upscale shopping and dining). Surprisingly quiet, considering it looked out on an active train line, but the sound was hardly noticeable and did not interfere with my sleep at all (even though I am quite sensitive to sounds at night). The pool was very nice, extremely clean and kept at the perfect temperature to do a few laps. Although I gave a lower score for the "view from your room" since my room was facing a parking lot and train line, I believe the rooms on the other side of the hotel would have excellent views of SF Bay and the Golden Gate. The check-in at the front desk was extremely fast and efficient.

IrelandI asked staff at reception for directions to San Francisco. They made it very complicated.... go up so far, get Bart etc.... yet the F7 bus across Bay BRIDGE was 2 mins from hotel... so handy. A paper map of area would be good too.

United StatesWe didn't get to enjoy the over crowded swimming pool with our kids!!! because the swimming pool was overcrowded with children as well as the hot tub had kids in it children young as 3 years old VERY DISAPPOINTED the whole reason for the Hotel stay was to enjoy some quality time with the kids. We need you staying in the room something we could have done at home without a swimming pool... I wish staff would have come to address the issue especially if babies are in the hot tub.buy it your Hotels so I can't charge what I think. Shower water didn't come out the spout like I thought it should I didn't enjoy the tat as well..
I like that it gave you an apartment feeling beds were comfortable living room and kitchen with the stove top and refrigerator
