Low pressure very minimal water flow in the shower. The room had a unpleasant smell. A mattresses could have been a bit softer. But plenty of parking provided and it was clean and safe and a great location

The entrance of the room (515) was water damaged to the wood floor. Slow drains both toilet and shower. Shower curtain not hold water inside tub, flooded bathroom floor.

I wasn't pleased with the bed, it was a little too firm for my liking, Small aesthetics of the room were visible, i.e., holes in the bathroom where something hung, No stopper in the bathroom sink. Old carpet compared with the newer modern design. No frig in room or microwave. Although the drapes/blinds are nice, it didn't make the room completely dark.

Check in was a breeze and the Lobby area is really nice and modern. The breakfast was great and affordable and staff were very accommodating. Front desk staff were courteous and informative. Loved the free parking aspect. My request to be away from the elevator and a high floor were met which I appreciated.

The pool and jacuzzi was dirty and unkept. From the room you can here people talking outside your door. The bed mattress sunk in the middle. The shower drain was broken. The toilet didn’t stop running. There were suspicious stains on the sofa chair.

Parking was accessible and close to entrance. Staff was friendly and fast.

Pictures are misleading about the cleanliness and rooms condition. Rooms, carpet and furniture are so outdated, bathroom is below expectation. with random patches of paint and caulking. Overpriced for a 3-star hotel

The hotel is definitely dated. The rooms are sparsely furnished and with only the barest of amenities. We had one towel, one washcloth and one hand towel for two people. The bathroom toiletries are sub-par. There were no extra blankets. The carpets could use a cleaning, at a minimum. We headed to the bar on a Saturday night at 5:00 p.m., only to discover that it didn't open until 6:30. Huh? I feel the hotel has gone downhill a bit since we started staying here a few years ago, but I'm hoping the owners will realize that have a decent locale and with a little TLC they could be booked to capacity as the property fills a need for people needing to stay in that particular area.

We've stayed here several times. The hotel is very conveniently located and pretty fairly priced, considering it IS Huntington Beach, although not on the beach. The property is within walking distance of Bella Terra, making all the shops and restaurants easy to access. It's quiet enough at night to get a decent bit of sleep.

It is very worn out. Finishes need major updating. Bathrooms have poor lighting. Very substandard for price. I travel a lot for business and pleasure. We were here for my sons basketball tournament and the coach picked the hotel. Terrible value for the money.

The property is self it very dirty and not kept up at all. There was holes in the wall and other things (bodily fluid) on the wall. Nothing looked as if it was cleaned just as if bed were made. Very run down.

I liked that they allowed me to check in one hour early and that it was close to the German village.
