The room was smaller than we thought. The key card to the room had to be reset a couple of times.

The space was quiet and cozy and the atmosphere was relaxing. The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

The ONLY bad thing was the room air condition unit was as loud as a freight train and made sleeping hard. This is the ONLY fault though. Beautiful hotel and will come again!

Everything!! The 2 pool areas are very clean and tidy & has a hot tub. Wifi is great. Location to Duval Street is 1 minute. FREE breakfast is great.

No dresser in room so our room felt very unorganized. Used iron board to organize stacks of clothes. Pillows were not very fluffy. Rented bicycles from hotel cost more than up street.

Very old room and very old bathroom. Room smell of humidity and you can hear everything from the other rooms. A constant slamming of the only door that exits to the street and you can hear it from the second floor. Checking counter young lady in the afternoon was not very helpful or knowledgeable. Breakfast lacks options giving consideration to people who may not eat cold boil eggs, and only has some fruit that comes in a plastic container and it’s dumped on a bowl.

I dislike booking.com they state they have a price match guarantee but they don't stand by it this room was $50 cheaper per night the day we went to check in. Book with the inn itself

The first night was not good. The commode was for a 3 year old, Way down on the floor! The floor was wobbly and there was no place to put 2 suitcases.

Nice pool, 2nd room for second and 3rd nights was a lot better!!!

Overall maintenance of the room was awful. Visible water damage. Base boards and doors rotting walls peeling and ac unit was just cut into the wall with half done plaster job no paint to finish it off. Room was just dingy and the pull out bed was awful not comfortable at all. Staff in the front was almost non existent.

The iguanas that are pool side. they are a little too comfortable with their environment. Showers are tiny.

The breakfast was okay but could've been better. Some fresh fruit would've been nice (even just a banana) as the fruits served were tinned. I was appalled at the amount of waste at breakfast. Why not use actual cutlery, plates, cups, etc rather than single use plastic? It's an awesome hotel but I hate that so much waste would've gone into landfill. This needs to be improved upon.

I loved the location - so easy to walk everywhere and the swimming pools were awesome! Great to cool off after all of that walking! Fantastic cheese and wine happy hour and lovely friendly staff.

The space was small. I cut my toe, opening the refrigerator door. The 1st set of towels I used were so rough. The next day, i got softer ones which they were happy to replace. The soaps & shampoos need to updated.

It was clean, everyone was super nice & helpful! I would've liked a little more space & it was hard to stay cool, but that's the areas climate. The hotel itself was very nice & accommodating. The little extras were great.

The facility as a whole was dated and in need of repairs the room was tiny and in need of repairs and not sure what the pricey resort fee is for you can find a better place for cheaper

As a diabetic would love to of had a few choices for breakfast. Please add atleast some sugar free syrup or more protein options. Our t.v. did not work . And the walls needs some attention. Re taped and painted.
