We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Bathroom wall and door was was dirty. There was dirty sock from people before on the floor. Holes in blankets I think y'all can afford new ones.floor was dirty. I will never stay here again. I've stayed three times not ever again.

United StatesThe bath towels were so dingy and yellow and mismatched . And poorly hung and there was dried up pee stains on the toilet once I closed the toilet lid.
The breakfast desk said “kitchen closed” hours 6:30 -9:30am. There was 2 dispensers out with cereal, a bin with bread, a toaster and a carafe of milk. No one was at the reservation desk at 7:30 when we went so we dropped out key in the basket and left. The pillows and bed were comfortable.

United StatesIt was undergoing a remodel, I think? The breakfast was a joke and the area where breakfast was served was dirty. We booked with the idea we could eat before we left but I wasn’t going to feed my kids from there so we got breakfast elsewhere. Not to mention, our towels had stains on them and one had a cigarette burn on it.
I liked that the location was off the highway and near most of what we wanted to do.

United StatesThe area where the hotel is located was concerning to the point where when we arrived I asked the front office staff if the area was safe. The pictures of the property on the bookings website did not match what I saw.The inside of the room was dated which is not an issue, however; the door did not feel secure due to the frame not being secure and a gap at the bottom - we moved a table in the front of the door for added security while we were in the room at night. The floor was filthy; after walking from one end of the room to the bathroom vanity area my daughters feet were black with dirt and she had to wash them off and we wore sandals at all times in the room afterwards. I used clorox wipes I had ok my bag to wipe off surfaces, the bathroom, nightstand. etc The bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly. Bookings should allow for a free cancellation after viewing the property. If we had not been short on time for prearranged commitments we would have switched hotels. Having stayed at a Wyndham hotel in the past I did not feel the need to research the property but will definitely not stay in one of their properties in the future.
The front office staff was friendly and the location was conveniently located off of the highway with easy access to neighboring cities which is what I was looking for. There is staff in the front 24 hours which was comforting considering the area. We were provided a room close to the front office which was appreciated due to our safety concerns.The linens on the bed were clean and prepared professionally. All the appliances worked well including the a/c.; there was a mini fridge, microwave and plenty of lighting with USB connections and free wifi.

United StatesWhen I walked up to my room the exterior was was nasty. Trash and cigarette butts everywhere. It smelled of cigarette smoke. When I opened the door to my room it had an old musty smell. The toilet only partially flushed, the interior was dark and dated. The tub was old and nasty looking. I was very disappointed.
