When you only offer bagels and cereal, breakfast is NOT included. I choose this hotel because of the value ( it's a Howard Johnson my room expectations were not that high) and it said breakfast included in the posting. Extreme disappointment

The Breakfast was TERRIBLE only offered was 2 choices of cereal , an apple Orange Juice, hot water which was warm Thank Goodness I had my own tea bags Was the WORST breakfast ever in a Motel that serves Breakfast Did not even see an employee to get Hot Water , I had to heat it in a plastic cup In the microwave I am done with Howard Johnson

Shared parking with restaurant so no spot near our room when we came back at the end of the day. Nice clean room, but average. A little overpriced. Could stay at the Hershey Lodge for just a little more.

Thick cushy towels. Loved the turquoise accent wall in the bedroom. Girl at check in was very nice. (No one there at check out so left key in basket.) Clean room.

The door had to be fixed, twice! The key lock stopped working...he fixed it, ok. The next day, we left, came back and it was broken again! We were asked, if we were "slamming the door" as if, a broken key lock was our fault, and since we were NOT going back out and checking out the next morning, it was too late to have someone come fix it. Basically the last evening, we were unable to lock our door.

We enjoyed the peaceful, quiet surroundings. Even though there is a restaurant attached to the main building, it was never loud or too busy that it interfered with our stay. We did three nights for Hershey Park, which was a 10minute drive. The rooms were clean. Looks like photo a bit smaller than expected

beds and pillows were comfy. stay was very short due to conference. reviews with mold complaints, it's kinda like your airbnbs who do a very fast flip on the house. you paint over everything. your average hotel stay.

When we arrived in our room our toilet was stopped up, would not flush well and water would rise. We had the office attendant gal come up to plunge it upon our arrival. It slowly went down. We only urinated in it and it still would not go down well and toilet paper remained in toilet. We called office attendant gal again, she came up with plunger and plunged several times & flushed, it very slowly went down - was obvious that a problem was there. She did not offer to give us another room, and we were in a hurry to go to our event at Giant Center. We had to rush to downstairs Restroom in morning to use the toilet in fear that if we used our room toilet too much it would flood the floor. Very inconvenient and frustrating. This was the only thing wrong with our room which is a shame since we were pleased with everything else.

The pictures on the website make it look a lot bigger and nicer looking than it was. Basically disappointed as soon we pulled in wasn't what we expected.The pool was closed. The restaurant employees took guest parking spaces.

We booked a room for 1 night as we decided to drive early to Hershey for another hotel reservation the next morning. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm and checked out at 8:30a. Later in the day, I received a $15 charge on my credit card a couple of hours after I left. When I called to ask about the charge, I was told it was "stains" found on a towel that couldn't be removed after the wash. When I asked how they knew that towel belonged to me, the staff replied, " The housekeeper noted it." But then said all towels from several rooms get washed together, and they determine it was mine. It did not make any sense at all. Knowing the conversation was not going anywhere, I hung up. The staff at the hotel called back and apologized. There was confusion. It was a missing towel that was noted. We used 1 face towel and 2 large towels. It was a stay for 1 night, and we were all exhausted from a 4-hour drive. It is absolutely annoying that I am penalized for missing towels I did not take. I have no reason to take their towels as we are checking into another hotel right after checking out at 8:30a. After this experience, I am forever bringing my own towel to all my hotel stays.

Outside of hotel looks rundown and unsafe, but room was very quiet, comfy, and clean. Also, wish the pool was open until 10pm. When it closes prior to the park closing, its disappointing. Most want to swim after a long hot day in the park.

Manager was never around and he was rude when we checked in and had questions about bars in the shower. The breakfast was horrible. There were small Styrofoam bowls to make oatmeal in the microwave and they were not only too small they melted.

The door to go in and out of in the hallway to our room was unlocked 24 hours. As a woman traveling alone, that made me uncomfortable. It should have card access to the outside door into the hall for security, just like individual rooms.

It wasnt as aesthetically pleasing as expected. The shower was gorgeous though, but the bathroom fan didn’t work/exist. The pillows were lumpy and unsupportive.
