Parking should be exclusive to the hotel guest not the restaurant patrons or the hotel staff.

The pictures on the website make it look a lot bigger and nicer looking than it was. Basically disappointed as soon we pulled in wasn't what we expected.The pool was closed. The restaurant employees took guest parking spaces.

We booked a room for 1 night as we decided to drive early to Hershey for another hotel reservation the next morning. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm and checked out at 8:30a. Later in the day, I received a $15 charge on my credit card a couple of hours after I left. When I called to ask about the charge, I was told it was "stains" found on a towel that couldn't be removed after the wash. When I asked how they knew that towel belonged to me, the staff replied, " The housekeeper noted it." But then said all towels from several rooms get washed together, and they determine it was mine. It did not make any sense at all. Knowing the conversation was not going anywhere, I hung up. The staff at the hotel called back and apologized. There was confusion. It was a missing towel that was noted. We used 1 face towel and 2 large towels. It was a stay for 1 night, and we were all exhausted from a 4-hour drive. It is absolutely annoying that I am penalized for missing towels I did not take. I have no reason to take their towels as we are checking into another hotel right after checking out at 8:30a. After this experience, I am forever bringing my own towel to all my hotel stays.

Outside of hotel looks rundown and unsafe, but room was very quiet, comfy, and clean. Also, wish the pool was open until 10pm. When it closes prior to the park closing, its disappointing. Most want to swim after a long hot day in the park.

Pillows were too hard, mattresses need to be replaced(one side was sinking in), microwave needs to be replaced- it doesn't heat up. Need to add childrens channels to TV

Manager was never around and he was rude when we checked in and had questions about bars in the shower. The breakfast was horrible. There were small Styrofoam bowls to make oatmeal in the microwave and they were not only too small they melted.

The door to go in and out of in the hallway to our room was unlocked 24 hours. As a woman traveling alone, that made me uncomfortable. It should have card access to the outside door into the hall for security, just like individual rooms.

It wasnt as aesthetically pleasing as expected. The shower was gorgeous though, but the bathroom fan didn’t work/exist. The pillows were lumpy and unsupportive.

My husband said the Mattress could've been a bit more firm for his liking. But the room was very clean and cozy.

We didn't do the breakfast. But we loved the location it was the perfect distance from Hershey Park and it was in a very safe a clean area.

THE RESERVATION SAID BREAKFAST INCLUDED; BUT THERE WAS NO BREAD, NO CHEESE, BUTTER, EGGS, VERY LITTLE ONLY CEREAL, OATS TO PREPARE AND A COUPLE OF APPLES, THEY HAVE ENTRY AT 4:00 PM AND OUT AT 11:00 AM, IN MY CASE BETWEEN NEAR 5:00 PM AND I ASKED TO LEAVE AT 12 NOON AND THEY REFUSED. LEAVE THE PLACE 9 AM. PRICE/SERVICE I THINK THEY DO NOT AGREE.

The fact that I had to park in front of the hotel right next to the busy street. Room was too hot. Sheets were on top of the comforter, so I could just remove the blanket and get comfortable.

Parking area was difficult. Toilet paper was 1 ply. Lighting inside the room was dim. Refrigerator didn’t get cold enough. Water took a terribly long time to get warm. No water pressure. No coffee pot. Breakfast included in the stay was cereal, which was disappointing.

It had an efficiency apartment feel.

Room 19 Shower didn't want to drain and almost ran over the side edge of shower. Couch is out dated, air conditioner was noisy Also no exhaust system in the bathroom

Heater makes room very dry. People came in room next to us at 3am. They were very loud in and out of room and woke us up from dead sleep. Shower fills up with water and doesnt drain quickly.
