Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and they made minimal provisions to repair it. Not a huge concern as we only used the room to sleep before heading back to Phoenix. They were only supposed to put a"temporary" $100 hold on my credit card. I questioned the actual physical charge on my account upon checkout. When I politely questioned the front desk, the ladies at the front were very short and snippy about it. After about a week, the charge was still there. I had to call again about the charge and in a rude tone was informed it would take several business days. My concern is what if I hadn't been checking my credit card balance/usage? How many others have been ripped off? I eventually got my credit back in the end. Way too much time and energy for something that could've easily been avoided and rectified much sooner. I won't stay there again.
The room with a kitchenette was nice. It was clean and the full size refrigerator would be nice on the event my stay was longer.

United StatesThough it was newly remodeled, it is very bare bones. No carpet, no pictures on the wall, one chair and a table, with a small TV hung on the wall. BARE! Also the A/C in our room didn't work. We got in late, and tried to call the office to report it, and though we had just been there to check in no one answered. It was a little warm, but tolerable. We were super tired ,and just went to bed.
We didn't have breakfast there. I don't think they have it. It apparently has been recently remodeled. It has been set up to be an extended stay location so it had a neat kitchenette . It was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

I asked upon arrival and called two more times on different days for housekeeping to sweep/mop floors (remodeling is currently being done on all the rooms and my new hotel room has dirt, cement, grit on the floors. Our feet get very dirty and we had to put a towel between the beds to wipe our feet before getting into bed) housekeeping never came. If u want towels for your room, you have to hunt housekeeping down to get them or go to the front office. When we asked for more towels, we asked housekeeping why they haven’t cleaned our room (explained how we requested housekeeping 3 separate days) we were told that the owner is supposed to the clean rooms. I’m a regular traveler at this location. This hotel is the cheapest regarding having a kitchen to cook food for anyone looking to stay a week or longer. Other hotels are way too expensive. I like that they allow pets. I just recently returned from Phoenix last Tuesday and was informed that they just started a new policy of 100 deposit if u stay less a week and 200 if u stay for a week or longer. I definitely cannot afford this new deposit policy. Don’t know what to do now.
Location is great for FMC travelers.

United StatesThought we were getting a room in the pics advertised but we're actually being placed in second set of units going through renovation. Kind of sketchy with what seemed like workers living out of vehicles. Beds were springy, carpets were somewhat damp.
Nice big fridge with kitchenette. Rooms appear to be going through rennovation.
