The room was dirty and there was no soap anywhere in the room.

Was no breakfast. I had to go out and buy towels so I can wipe myself off after a shower, because they left me one dirty towel that looked like they moped the floor with it. The beds were absolutely horrible it was a mattress with a piece of plywood underneath it. When you open the door to the Hallway it smells like marijuana

housekeeping is a joke, mold on the shower curtain, coffee machine was broken , warm refrigerator, broken bed , blood on the walls by the trash can in the bathroom , dust above the shower was crazy gross. this days inn needs massive updating and a better house keeper but if your not picky like me it’s good value. I stayed in room 131

the Vernon diner was amazing! right out front . the heat worked nice was cable in room balcony was huge.

It's an older facility, and common areas are run down, but room was clean and functional.

Hallways where not vacuumed,smelled moldy,cigarette smell.door lock to get into building broke didn't work.

I didn't like that the smoking room I reserved was not available when I checked in. I don't know if it was given away because I checked in so late. But instead of honesty, I was told that this hotel got my reservations as non-smoking room. When I showed my reservations, I got a whole excuse, that sounded like B.S. I still rented it, because it was to late to try and find another hotel. I paid the same price as smoking room, got no discount for my troubles. Honesty is the Best Policy!!! Probably will NEVER rent again!!

Cleanliness. Towels were stained and dirty, as was the rest of the bathroom (hair, dirt/dust) and room. Only one of three lights in the room worked. The alarm clock also did not work. It appeared to not be in good upkeep. I know they accommodate smoking and no smoking but as soon as you stepped into the hall y he reek of smoke was there. We had our service animals with us and questioned/ charged a pet fee. We were asked for a doctors phone number that they could verify our medical conditions. This is illegal. After some conversation the staff were accommodating and apologized for they were unaware that they were not allowed to ask certain information per the ADA. It ended up being a good learning/teaching experience.

I got an ear infection and skin irritation from the shower water. Staff at night was rude and couldn't provide a single towel. The room was dusty with lint balls on fixtures and hair in bathroom. Tough to breath or sleep at night with the heat or air on. Not to mention the main door into the facility is permanently open and broken allowing anyone to just walk in without a key.

The price was ok but not a good value for the room.

The property was very run down and outdated. Have the heaters in the halls didn’t work and the whole place smelled stale. The Decour could’ve been upgraded and the beds weren’t may very well.

wallpaper falling off walls, no pictures in room, dust in bathroom on counter, not vacuumed or floors washed. cobwebbs in room. found a long hair in between sheets. went and purchased my own sheets and blanket and used. could not close bathroom door. very dirty

They’re not onsite and they lied how much money they were taking from my debit card it was to be $20 dollars and they took $25 dollars from me lier girl told me that he would call me back on this problem and he never did thief

my sliding glass door was was glass was broken and all they had was a piece of cardboard up to hold the broken glass. I was on the first floor so easy for someone to break into my room and get assaulted.

It was a terrible experience. Room had holes in the walls, moulding around bathroom door was separated from the wall, electrical outlet was broken with exposed wires, internet reception was terribly slow, heater was very noisy,
