You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

United StatesWithin minutes of arriving at property I wanted to cancel my reservation. After a lengthy discussion with the gentleman at the desk I would not be allowed to cancel. He advised just stay and in the morning a manager will be on duty to refund my second nights stay. I could only stomach three hours in the room before the overwhelming smell of smoke sent me into a coughing fit. That coupled with noticing blood stains on the lampshade and roaches I had had it. Now at approximately four am between violent coughs I demanded my money back. Which again was refused. At best the would offer to refund the room price for one night. This may actually be the worst experience at a property I have had in my entire life. I was unaware booking allowed such institutions on their platform. Clearly there is no do diligence. I am not sure I will ever use booking again and I pray I never come across a Roadway Inn property.

United StatesThey lied - there was NO BREAKFAST. In fact, they wouldn't even let you in to the lobby - lobby doors are locked 24 hrs/day. No coffee machine anywhere on the property, not even in the room, The wife felt "unsafe" with what looked like two or three rooms next to ours with what appeared to be migrants spending most of the time out front on the walkways to their rooms. Cooking grills setup outside their rooms - I'm sure thats been approved by the fire department.. Last but not least, lots of traffic noise. We wont go back, even at the low price.

United StatesThe pillows we're very flat so it was hard to sleep, and I saw 2 roaches with eggsacks run across the room I was able to kill one of them but the other got away but I don't know where it went cause it was dark, Other than that everything was great.
It was clean, and perfect for friends to get together, love that it had a table and chairs also that it had a microwave and fridge and the staff was very nice.
