Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was a pleasant hotel for a short stay before a cruise. The breakfast buffet had several choices of hot and cold items, plus a waffle maker and cooked eggs options. The bed was comfortable. The location was within walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store. Staff were pleasant.

United StatesWe were given a handicap accessible room (not necessarily needed or requested). The bathroom had a distinct sewer odor when we checked in. It appeared that it had been retrofitted for handicap needs. The toilet did not always flush properly, but it met our needs for our stay.

United StatesBreakfast wasn't that great (even though it was a hot breakfast). They only had black tea (caffeinated and decaf) which is NOT enough of a variety. They also need to have another warm breakfast item aside from eggs and sausage. Perhaps hash browns and/potatoes. In addition to the cereal, it would be nice to have oatmeal as an option and also aside from skim milk and whole milk. Oat milk and/or Almond Milk would be nice as well!
All of the staff was very kind and considerate. The place was kept very clean and I love that they had fresh lemon water all day and you can get coffee or tea at any time of day. The small gym was nice and the pool/jacuzzi area was nice as well. Loved my room. The bed was comfy and heat and air controls were very convenient.

United StatesDirty. I was there for 4 days and ask the front desk person to send some one to clean the elevator but they never did it. I dropped my tooth paste and when I got down to pick it up I noticed that under the sink there were at least three tooth brushes from past guests. Never had breakfast, there is nothing healthy. They only do the ruins every three days.

Breakfast was ok that attendant kept the area very tidy while at the same time made herself avaible to make waffles for guest, I appreciated this since I know how messy this are can look based on past stay.
