The room was clean and spacious and they allowed service dogs.

Up on arrival there was no coffee pot two towels no iron board or iron. The door shut but was kinda loose you could wiggle if wiggled hard enough it probably would of came open. Other animals in the hotel was barking and carrying on causing my service animal to act up and not much sleep the cable was messed up

Well there was a lot of things. The fact that we never seen any house keepers. No one never came to our door. The floor was dirty. And there was a dead beatle bug in our floor,the first night there. The cable channels suck. The ice machine tray was dirty. . The first night we arrived. The lady that checked us in, was a little unfriendly, not politely at all. Saying to me how I better not leave my dog unattended. She act as if were bothering her, considering that it was a little late..

The king size bed cause it had lots of room.. I love the fact that we didn't have to pay extra for our dog. That's really cool.. but overall, it was okay. Considering we didn't have any place to stay. And we lucked out getting a room,with it being 4th of July weekend.

The cleaning person didn’t clean the bathroom. There was hair from someone before all over the shower. Dead cockroaches in the bathroom and the vinyl was coming off the bottom of the wall. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom. The air conditioner struggled to work, I think because of how hot it was outside though.

The staff was sweet. The pool was awesome. Weird location. but all the hotels around were in weird locations. the beds were super comfy!!!

Staying while we look for a permanent place. The manager is an old rude woman who just doesn’t care about treating customers with respect and when you say anything she rolls her eyes and acts like she doesn’t believe a word you say. I asked for corporates number and she refused to give it to me. we have 3 kids,one a 10month old baby, and she banged on our door in early hours to say they HAD to clean the room and rolled her eyes when I had something to say about it. VERY VERY poor management and customer service skills. maybe pay for her to go to some classes or hire a new manager who actually enjoys being in the HOSPITALITY industry. Signed a former food/customer service professional.

Overrun with extended stay folks and out of town construction workers. The cleanliness was marginal at best. But between the unkempt swimming pool (not open yet and it was mid-May- but still a cess pool) and what appeared to be trace evidence blood stains in the bathroom from what I can only assume was a well deserved suicide, I would choose to stay elsewhere next time. Most importantly, we never received maid service or were ever even asked if we would at least needed the garbage taken out. There were not any indications visible of outdoor receptacles to dispose of our trash if we needed to do it ourselves nor was I accustomed to this service not even being offered when lodging. And I got no problem taking the trash out myself (oh… I take out the trash. Truth!) but at least provide guests with a trash bag that is not thinner than air. Them PBR cans looked like a patriotic jenga tower teetering in the corner of the room. Damn!

Convenient to visit some of the worst people on Earth.
