Some of today’s rooms are not updated (don’t even have a USB to charge a phone) and look very worn.

It is very affordable, convenient and the room we stayed in this time was much cleaner and nicer than previous stays.

Floors of room needed cleaning. Walked in room with bare feet and bottoms of feet very dirty. Coffee grounds left in room coffee maker. Not cleaned out.

Everyone was nice and got their jobs done, there were just a few that when I started talking with them I wasn't sure if they would be able to. Some lacked a friendly tone. Most were fine. The hallays looked a little dingy.

The staff kept the breakfast bar full, but the food choices were almost all carbs. So, while I would book again, I would not plan to eat there.

It was not the staff’s fault that they won’t clean rooms daily unless the people request it. The staff worked so hard each day- especially the staff at the front desk! She took care of the breakfast and cleaned the entire common area (front desk area and breakfast area. Why? The hotel does not have enough staff!!

Go ahead and pull the carpet from the hallway, it doesn't do you any favors, it looks like it's been there for awhile. Would be easier to clean and look nicer if you matched the flooring that is in the rooms. Other than that, it's a great property & staff.

It was a great stay, hotel was very clean and no carpet in the room!!!! The staff are excellent and the location was perfect. Couldn't ask for more! Thanks, I will be back -

My reservation was for two queen beds and our room had one. We didn’t make a big deal as we were only there one night. The walls were very thin and people were being very loud outside in the front at 7am arguing on the phone. We were on the second floor inside and it was that loud it woke us up.

Bathroom was very clean with updated sink area but if they are ever remodeling they should put in a shower rather than a tub. Tub was old and shower head sprayed water every direction. Some of the stucco in bathroom was peeling off the wall.

Great location to restaurants and shopping. Room was very clean. Beds were firm and comfortable. Hotel lobby and dining area is updated, clean and comfortable.

We reserved this hotel a year ago and when we arrived, we found out that the pool was closed because the pump was being repaired. We were traveling with our grandchildren, so we ended up going to another hotel with a working pool. I rebooked this year and we arrived, while I was checking in my husband walked to the back and saw the pool filled and clean. We checked in and went to visit our son and went to dinner, when we returned, we wanted to take our grandkids to the pool. We asked for towels at the front desk and told that the pool was closed because the pump was being repaired. Really over a year later and the pump was still not repaired, and they couldn't tell us that when we checked in. The breakfast was very disappointing to say the least. As soon as it was 9:30 the person managing the area came out and locked everything up. On our final day we went to have breakfast at 8:45 and while we were getting our beverages a mother and her two children walked in through the front doors and walked straight back to the breakfast area loaded up on all the eggs and sausages and made 3 waffles for each of themselves. I went to the front desk to ask if they were going to bring out more eggs and sausage. She went to check and told me that they were bringing more out. As soon as it was brought out the ladies' kids go up and went to get more. When they finished eating, they went straight back out the door. I cannot confirm that they were not actually staying at the hotel, but it certainly appeared that way. We will not be returning next year.
