I am giving this hotel a poor rating because they advertised a free breakfast and did not have one. They said they are not serving breakfast because of Covid. This is October of 2022! I have been traveling for a year and every hotel offers breakfast if advertised. Very disappointed!

The lamp by the bed was caked with dust, the floors were dirty, bed spread and chair in the room were stained. Towels were also stained.

Thier was Lbug in the bathroom floor dead sheets and bed had burn holes in the bed that charge you 60$ in case you screw up their room it’s already bad don’t stay her not safe for a woman at all I had right to carry take a weapon I’m an attorney I will not stay here again

Wish there was a closer grocery store, the shell station had some of the highest prices I’ve ever seen in a gas station for snacks.

I don’t see why this place has a low rating the beds were comfy the rooms were well maintained all the amenities worked. The front staff guy was super friendly and informative. It’s what you’d hope for at that price point.

Breakfast should have been included in the price, but there was no breakfast. Wi-Fi is very weak, I couldn't even log into my email. The cost of living should be $201.14 including tax, but I was billed $260

Well I started get bite by something the first night we stayed there. I was getting tore up by something then we found that it was bed bugs. The next day so the bug exterminator there but they went into the room beside us. It was the worst experience I ever had and of course really nothing we could do had already paid for room I doubt they would have given me a refund so we was kinda stuck. But will never go back and I don't recommend anyone else does either. I should have listened to the reviews and so should everyone else. They do not offer breakfast either. It says they do but they don't. It was snowing the day we checked in and I had to stand out in the cold to check in they kept their lobby closed. So please do not make the same mistake we did!

Well the room rates were cheap and it's in a good location very convenient.

1st room dead bolt unlocked from the outside w/key card. 2nd room keycaards didn't work at all. Phones didn't work in either room. No smoke alarms in either room. Toilet didn't flush right. Shower was scalding or freezing. Changing iTemps on its own. Floors were dirty. Furniture stained. We never slept for fear of being broke in on. Desk refused to refund so we could go elsewhere.

The staff at the front are great the house keepers on the other had don't clean very well and also just opened the door on us in morning time didn't even knock or anything to see if we was staying or leaving I found that very rude the room used to be clean here but now no I gotta clean my own room everytime I come now

The floors was dirty gotta clean my room everything before I can actually be ok inside the room not sure where the white couple went that was cleaning while back seems as if the rooms was way cleaner

Front desk check in and I'm just comfortable doing n that spot and wit the people I guess towels are nice and clean and the pictures are from when the white couple was cleaning now from recent stay
