The breakfast was sufficient in qualifying for a full breakfast but lacked a meat offering (bacon or sausage) and more than one kind of pastry. A few little extras even without a meat offering, which would be the principal extra expense, could make a difference in perception as being beyond basic.

The location was very good with a couple of restaurants nearby and close to Rt. 290 for continuing our journey. The physically accessible room especially met our needs and included a door opener for a handicapped person to press from inside the room to open the door. This is an unusual but certainly welcome amenity for a handicapped person.

AC system needs updating.

Clean and spacious. Nice and welcoming staff. There was a power outage for a few hours due to a car hitting a power source. Staff was still able to check us in and was helpful as they could.

Location was good for access to highways and services such as bank, food, gas. Breakfast was adequate but hot food options were limited.

The TV did not work. I pushed the on button and the screen did not work-too tired to call the front desk and have them fix it.

It was very convenient to the College of the Holy Cross. The room was clean and well maintained.

The coffee maker in our room didn't work. The towels were smallish and not very thick. No USB ports that we could find.

Breakfast food was fine, comparable to other hotel breakfasts we've had. Dining space was limited, we had to take or breakfast back to our room. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable.

The room was smelly, small, and overall felt overpriced. Two nights there were $400, which is a lot for the property that is old, dirty, and there is probably something wrong with ventilation. If the price would’ve been lower, there wouldn’t have been a complain, as you would accept to pay little and get little

Breakfast was meh. At 7am there were only 2 bagels in the bin. Not really healthy cereal to choose from. Apple juice needed to be changed, only water coming out of dispenser. Shouldn't be up to me to find staff to replace the juice. Staff should be on top of it

The apartment definitely could do with some deep cleaning. I tried cleaning it myself but it’s really not what I came to do on my trip. On our last day we were also asked to vacuum and throw the trash away; which I don’t have much of an issue with but it was kinda weird given the fact that we paid a cleaning fee. I’m big on detail and the cleanliness for me is top priority. It’s not filthy by any means and you can be comfortable I would just recommend a more detailed clean.

They have a great space and a nice layout. I know he said it’s fairly new so I understand it still being put together. This place has great potential and he was a great host.

Room could be updated. It smelled of cigarette smoke-and the Galway smelled of pot. It was unpleasant.

Staff was very friendly at the desk. Entry was nicely decorated for the Christmas holiday. Breakfast was good, just need a few more options- bacon, and different bread choices- bed was comfy and clean.

Could be more spacious

Staff and employees are very considerate when it comes to customers needs. For example I booked it in my name but had my mom check me in, even tho I did it wrong the employees and staff made an exception for us and made it happen
